"I was so put off by all of these negative comments I thought it at least be best to email Kitbag before placing my order. I emailed in and they were polite and \"guaranteed delivery by 29 March, no problem, it's definitely in stock and the order will be processed AND DISPATCHED within 3 days\". Fantastic....BUT today I checked the order progress only to see that it's still \"being processed\". \r\n\r\nI genuinely believed it was a complete lie from the very start. What a total waste of time, effort, energy and money. \r\n\r\nPlease, for the love of God, if you genuinely care about your sanity - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!\r\n\r\nI was completely lied to (upfront) - and you definitely will be, too. You won't think it will happen to you - it definitely will! \r\n\r\nI was hoping to be able to leave some really positive feedback after the initial guarantee was given but it was a blatant lie and (excuse the pun) Kitbag dropped the ball.\r\n\r\nIF ONLY ZERO STARS COULD BE AWARDED - THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE ALMOST ZERO! \r\n\r\nDO NOT THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU - NO MATTER WHAT, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED! Basically, I'm now going to be having to chase a refund! What a complete farce. DISGUSTING! WHAT A LET DOWN!"
