If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews. Terrible customer service in giving updates, just keep blaming the warehouse. 3 weeks later cancelled ordered, yet numerous emails sent before that and promised shipping for the EtA days. Avoid if you want your items

The company put the wrong address on my order, it is now lost? No customer service what so ever they clearly don’t care about their customers. I am very angry but can’t do anything about it? They have my money so not bothered? As the item is lost I can’t fill in the questions asked below?

Unable to get through on chat, no response on email. My refund still hasn’t been paid. Absolutely shocking customer service. I’m surprised a company with such poor service can exist. Will never order from them again and would advise the same to others

the response here is so much faster than your personal emails?? why!!! they avoid you on emails but take the trouble painting a beautiful picture? wheres my refund??? you guys make a mistake and still can deny and taking your own bloody sweet time in processing my refund??? seems likes you guys needs to sued for damages and negligence!!! might as well filed for bankcruptcy at the same time, wonder why all the big clubs wanna partner with you for such poor handling of logistics!!! cant do it, get the fxxx out of there and stop wasting other people’s

shocking customer experience, been ordering from a long time since i collected jerseys but this time is unforgivable! ordered separate 2orders, one came the order was sent to the wrong address (have proof)! but simply doesnt want to admit mistake just said that it was delivered not even empathising $200€ going down the drain for your mistakes, stay away or else be prepared to insure for your own package! very disappointing and wouldnt have ordered here if known of similar shocking scamming experiences!!!

Don't know what's happened to these guys cos they used to be good. £3.49 for delivery (plus 49p for 'handling') then £6.50 to return a t-shirt is scandalous

Order #: 107-4892-9899 Not Received The promised delivery dates on 7 & 10 Aug 2020 for my 2 items have long passed. It's been more than a month. To date, Kitbag has continued to refuse to reply to any of my multiple email inquiries. There is no sign of any of my 2 purchased items, as well as a total refusal by Kitbag to respond to me. This is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from any online retailer!

Placed an order. It never showed. The tracking number provided indicates that risky mail never even received the item from kitbag. Now waiting on a refund. If they don’t have the items, why are they shown on their website?

Avoid this company at all costs.I recently ordered 4 shirts, 4weeks later I was still waiting no explanations other than problems at the warehouse. They gave me a £27 goodwill gesture but on cancelling the order because I could not wait any longer the so called good will gesture became part of the refund. This company used to be quite good having ordered previously without problem.No longer who ever is in charge needs replacing.

Had to return item as too small. All starts well, paid for return postage label, they quickly sent email when they received item back. Then nothing. Difficult to speak to anyone that knows anything. Fobbed off with different ‘procedures’ etc. I eventually got refund 8 weeks after they received item back and that was after 3 difficult phone calls. Would never use again.

I basically donated my money to them. I made a transaction via paypal and somehow this kitbag captures my paypal address instead of the address that i wanted to advise. Nevermind that, i sent an email to them immediately to address this issue and change the address, but they didnt reply, but somehow they can dispatch my item to the wrong address. Told them about it, but all they can say its too late to change now. Well it will be my last. And now I have to prepare all the paper work to report it to the police because that person has received my parcel and refusing to return to me. This is so annoying as it gives me so many work to do just for a pants !!!!!!!!!!

I had to pay £6.50 to return an item it’s outrageous. Their customer service is appalling!!! Would definitely not recommend kitbag

Ordered $515 worth of items on the website, when i checked out it said the order could not be processed and it is not complete… but $515 was taken out of my account. So now i don’t have any merchandise, no order number, no receipt… and definitely don’t have $515 in my account. I have emailed them, tried their customer support live chat but it is very hard to get an answer as “I don’t have an order with them” Avoid this website!!!

Started off bad I couldn’t receive the 15% off for 1st time member/buyers I gave up in the end & paid full price as I was being rushed by my son- waiting for 3weeks now & every time I look on my account on their website it says I have not ordered anything but I do have all the proof from bank & PayPal it’s just so annoying to have to deal with such poor Shoddy company’s with awful communication

i was a first time customer and wasn’t happy with my order as they had got it wrong , they told me to return and get my money back. However all was well until i realised it is also an extra £4.95 to return my unwanted item :(

I ordered a jersey for my son for his birthday back in February, when the order arrived we came to find out that they had shipped us a shirt that was miss labeled and as a result was two sizes too big for him. I would think it would have been easy enough to fix, since it was entirely their fault, they would ship me the size I ordered right away and pay to have the original shirt shipped back to them. It is now July, they can't confirm they received the shirt I shipped back at my cost and I haven't received a refund or replacement. What a customer service disaster!

Don’t buy printed kits. I bought 4 printed kits for my children. They printed the shirts but not the shorts. I have bought printed kits for many seasons from other retailers and they always printed the shorts. I explained to kitbag and they refused to enter into any discussion. So my children are left with half printed kits for this season and no recourse. Don’t put yourself in this situation. Buy from a trusted company. Kitbag cannot be trusted.
