Ordered my football kit on November and haven't heard anything since. My account says it has been posted but no further update or tracking no. Will I ever receive my purchase

Had to return item as too small. All starts well, paid for return postage label, they quickly sent email when they received item back. Then nothing. Difficult to speak to anyone that knows anything. Fobbed off with different ‘procedures’ etc. I eventually got refund 8 weeks after they received item back and that was after 3 difficult phone calls. Would never use again.

I ordered goods to be delivered direct to my brothers address (which was the default address) when I received an email its stated the order was being delivered to myself. When I tried to contact them immediatly after placing the order chat was unavailbale. There phone lines were dead & no one answered my email. I rang the following day to make sure the order was delivered to the correct address. This did not happen, would not use again! Avoid at all costs! I did get in contact with them again, this was there answer! Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address on your order as it has already been dispatched from our warehouse. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience. What a waste of space their error and they can’t do anything about it! I actually spoke to them before the goods were shipped! Again avoid at all costs!

I am at fault ordered the wrong size shirt for my grandson looked at order via email immediately realised mistake. I have emailed cust services numerous times spoke to agents via phone Maxine was outstanding previous girl unfortunately no name was abysmal. Promised an email still not received very sad such a bad service.

The company put the wrong address on my order, it is now lost? No customer service what so ever they clearly don’t care about their customers. I am very angry but can’t do anything about it? They have my money so not bothered? As the item is lost I can’t fill in the questions asked below?

Stay away from this website. Their customer support is such a joke. I returned a parcel and they were making all excuses not to refund me. 6 weeks of emails and and doing their job for them. They still choose to ignore my request to make a formal complaint. You seem to get a different person responding to your email so it always takes longer to resolve. STAY AWAY don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I basically donated my money to them. I made a transaction via paypal and somehow this kitbag captures my paypal address instead of the address that i wanted to advise. Nevermind that, i sent an email to them immediately to address this issue and change the address, but they didnt reply, but somehow they can dispatch my item to the wrong address. Told them about it, but all they can say its too late to change now. Well it will be my last. And now I have to prepare all the paper work to report it to the police because that person has received my parcel and refusing to return to me. This is so annoying as it gives me so many work to do just for a pants !!!!!!!!!!

I'll admit I was skeptical after reading reviews but took a chance and I'm so happy I did. Item was delivered in perfect condition a few days after ordering. I'm very happy.

I had to pay £6.50 to return an item it’s outrageous. Their customer service is appalling!!! Would definitely not recommend kitbag

Unable to get through on chat, no response on email. My refund still hasn’t been paid. Absolutely shocking customer service. I’m surprised a company with such poor service can exist. Will never order from them again and would advise the same to others

the response here is so much faster than your personal emails?? why!!! they avoid you on emails but take the trouble painting a beautiful picture? wheres my refund??? you guys make a mistake and still can deny and taking your own bloody sweet time in processing my refund??? seems likes you guys needs to sued for damages and negligence!!! might as well filed for bankcruptcy at the same time, wonder why all the big clubs wanna partner with you for such poor handling of logistics!!! cant do it, get the fxxx out of there and stop wasting other people’s

Ordered $515 worth of items on the website, when i checked out it said the order could not be processed and it is not complete… but $515 was taken out of my account. So now i don’t have any merchandise, no order number, no receipt… and definitely don’t have $515 in my account. I have emailed them, tried their customer support live chat but it is very hard to get an answer as “I don’t have an order with them” Avoid this website!!!

shocking customer experience, been ordering from a long time since i collected jerseys but this time is unforgivable! ordered separate 2orders, one came the order was sent to the wrong address (have proof)! but simply doesnt want to admit mistake just said that it was delivered not even empathising $200€ going down the drain for your mistakes, stay away or else be prepared to insure for your own package! very disappointing and wouldnt have ordered here if known of similar shocking scamming experiences!!!

Don't know what's happened to these guys cos they used to be good. £3.49 for delivery (plus 49p for 'handling') then £6.50 to return a t-shirt is scandalous

Started off bad I couldn’t receive the 15% off for 1st time member/buyers I gave up in the end & paid full price as I was being rushed by my son- waiting for 3weeks now & every time I look on my account on their website it says I have not ordered anything but I do have all the proof from bank & PayPal it’s just so annoying to have to deal with such poor Shoddy company’s with awful communication

I attempted a purchase through the Australian site. I provided card details and was told it was declined, used a second card and was told it was declined. I gave up and later that night checked cards and both cards had been charged. Attempted to contact them as I never received an order number or confirmation and got stuck in an enquiry loop. I have essentially made a donation to them. One of the cards we were thankfully lucky enough to block the payment the other debit card I’ve had to set up a fraudulent transaction investigation and cancel the card. Don’t use this site.
