“READ THE POOR REVIEWS! An absolute shambolic company to deal with. Ordered a replica football shirt + name and number printing for my sons birthday which arrived just in time after several weeks of ordering. When it arrived the printing on the back of the shirt was extremely poor and had printing stains around the name and numbers printing on the actual shirt as the printing press they've used was dirty. I cant believe they've even posted the shirt to me in this condition thinking it wouldn't be returned. So my son had no birthday present as the shirt was in such a state, upon contacting Kitbag on the day of receipt I sent imagery detailing the poor quality of printing in which they offered me a 10% discount which was pathetic. I declined and asked for a replacement with postage pre-paid by Kitbag for the return or refund to which I've received no further contact. I've re-chased their customer services team for an update twice and have been asked to send in a photo of the shirt again more than 2 weeks later after sending them an image of the shirt on the day I received the product! Still waiting for someone to apologise and resolve but I'm not holding out much hope!”

“Absolute garbage. Confusing sizes. Ordered Yth S for an 8-9 year old and received an S that would just about fit a 5 be year old. They charge for returns and no way to contact them. Avoid..”

“Apparent hidden cash on delivery charge. I purchased online a football shirt (I'm located in Canada). The online invoice listed the shirt cost, shipping and handling charges. No apparent word that I would have to pay about an added 40% to the original price for pick-up as a cash on delivery charge (COD). The sender's address was from within Canada. I emailed the company customer care department and have not had a response.”

“I ordered an Inter Milan away jersey 2021/22 on 5th September. I received a email saying the shirt would come September 28. It is now September 20 and have had no emails since September 5th, they haven't even sent me a tracking code for the parcel. I believe they have just taken my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS”

“Awful company, avoid at all costs even if it’s a good deal! Delivery takes forever, they have zero customer service so impossible to get any answers regarding a purchase and absolutely impossible to return an item at the moment there portal just doesn’t work! I will never use this company ever again and will be advising against for all I know.”

“Waited a month for a pre order now 10 days late and refusing to give me a date on arrival. I’ve been robbed or mugged off either way don’t order from this shambles of a company. Pathetic waste of time. No I don’t want a refund I want the shirt that I wanted 2 weeks ago for the start of the season. Useless company can’t wait to get my shirt so I don’t have to deal with these time wasting shambles of a company again.”

“INTL Customer - Their POS has issues where transaction generates an order number but payment sits in pending for weeks only to be rejected. Tried twice and got the same error. Credit and Paypal. I would not trust these guys again. Seems like a known issue and should have checked reviews first.”

“I placed an order on Tuesday evening 6th July 21. I noticed I didn't receive a confirmation email and checked the reviews and was very worried I had made a bad decision. However, I emailed and Kitbag got back to me super quick confirming my order and with the link to track my Italian Football top which arrived on Friday 9th July early afternoon in good time for Sunday's Match. The quality of the goods and delivery were excellent - if I had received a confirmation email to put my mind at rest I would have given 5 stars”

“Disgraceful service paid for next day , no shirt over 2 weeks later still no goods. Contacting the bank tomorrow to recall money. Emailed completely ignored shocking , do not send money to this company”
