“Disgusting company. They charge you a lot for delivery fees and then you have to pay around 6 pounds to return it and you are not allowed to pay for it yourself at Royal Mail, because they double the price on their return portal (which you have to use).”

“Woeful. Made my order, received two emails, one confirming my order 365-2519-9955, 2nd email confirming order dispatched. Heard nothing since, and no order delivered. Tried emailing but pointless really. Did have cheekto ask for a rating on 2nd email, "what did we do well" .. Nothing. Money spent and no order received. Do not use this site!”

“Absolutely shocking. Sent me the wrong item, so I've sent it back no problem, small mistake right? No, they keep asking which item I'm returning as it doesn't match up with the order - because you sent the wrong item! Still awaiting a refund a month later.”

“Very disappointed with my first time using this company. I orderd a shirt that said would arrive in 2-4 business days. When the order was complete online it then quoted an arrival date of 8 days. I went on live chat and politely explained that if I couldn't get the item within 4 days I would cancel the order. They just responded with we have cancelled your order as per your request, no apology, nowt! They did say however that had I paid £6.95 more I could have had it next day, oh why didn't I do that? Oh yeah, because the website said 2-4 days... Let's hope my refund actually appears now. Won't use you again.”

“Placed an order on Feb 3, 2022, and up till today March 18, 2022, I still haven't received it. Sent numerous emails to its customers service email address and never received a reply. I had to chase them down in their Facebook and sent my complaint via,Facebook messages. There I finally received a reply. First I was told they could not track the shipment once it left the UK, and asked me check with my local post office. I specifically asked if the Tracking ID number Kitbag provided me in my order confirmation email was the number I should use to check with my local post offic, Kitbag said ye. So I diligently ran to my post office and checked and was told that it was an invalid tracking number. I checked back with Kitbag, then I was provided another reference number for checking with my post office again. I was pretty frustrated but I ran back to the post office again and checked again, still the post office told me there was no records of such number. I could not believe Kitbag can be so reckless with customers orders, and use some carriers service that there is no way of tracking the shipment status. At the end, it is all hassel and agony for me to have to deal with locating the shipment that never come. I told Kitbag to refund me in full and told it that I would never order anything from such a fraud like Kitbag ever. It basically ruined my son's birthday as the purchase was supposed to be a birthday gift for him. I wish I had read the reviews here first, then.I would never had placed my order from it. Lesson learnt. Not worthy.”

“Purchaed a ryder cup polo shirt for my son for xmas on 28th November. Still not received it and customer services is a waste of time. Keep saying they habe to wait for the delivery company to provide a report. Shocking service. Never again”

“I had a order for an Atletico Madrid Away shirt shipped to nearly Christmas, and it still hasn't arrived since then and the Hermes track status hasn't changed since then!!! Absolutely rubbish, the customer service sounded fake, and I'm awaiting a refund this week, I am hoping to get a refund to put this mess behind me, the site is so bad and unless you have had luck over the deliveries, never under any circumstances use Kitbag, it's such a rubbish site.”

“I placed an order for a red home shirt (size medium) and was sent a large away shirt. This was for a birthday party at the weekend. Sadly, they won't send the correct shirt until I post the one sent in error. So, it looks like the shirt won't be here for the party. I will not be using this company again. Very unhelpful, considering this was their mistake.”

“Avoid at all costs. If you have an item that doesn't fit, it's virtually impossible to return it. Just wasted £30. Avoid, avoid, avoid!”

“Ordered a football top 30th Nov didn't arrive until 30th Dec. Returned football shirt that day and company received it 4th Jan, still waiting on refund !!. I have emailed the company several times and they do not respond!! Shocking customer service. I will never use this company again !! Order number was Order No: Order No: 193-4725-3159”

“I ordered on 27th nov never received. It was an Xmas present. Finally got some help. But they only answer every few days. My refund was less than what I payed. I never got the goods but still charged me some money.”

“Avoid this company, they will let you down, you will not get your goods when you expect them, you will not be able to contact anyone for an update, they will take your money and your order knowing full well they can not fulfil it, please don't use them, try another company”
