“I went to Medicash as their alternative and complementary cover looked good compared to other insurers. However,Medicash's customer service is disgraceful.The wording for claims and what is covered in their policy leaflet is deliberately vague and they will find whatever ridiculous excuse they can not to pay claims.They take an excessive amount of time to respond to emails and do not return calls.If I could give them zero stars I would have done! Don't use them unless you have no intention of ever claiming !!”

I recently submitted a claim to medicash with all the correct itemised receipts, I had even contacted them to make sure that my claim would be successful and they said it would and my payment would be sent out shortly. I received a letter this morning informing me that my claim had been rejected. I tired contacting them through their website complaint section and their system does not allow you to post your complaint so avoid this company at all costs.”
