“Ordered a vinyl album. My online account showed the order as 'pending' with payment in 'error'. My card statement showed the transaction as complete. After 24h my order status had not changed. I called customer services (in a wait queue for 10 mins) and a very helpful lady took my query to the finance dept who confirmed payment. She manually released my order which was then shipped the same day and a tracking number provided. Must have been a timing glitch on their website. Customer service was wonderful.”
