“I haven’t received the clothes I bought almost a month! I need them to do an ocean crossing in JANUARY! I wrote dozens of letters to you and DHL and NOTHING! This is terrible!”

“Probably some of the worst customer service Ive encountered Over the years Ive purchased 3 pairs of Evo 2 kevlar backed sail shorts and every pair backside has worn and torn. The last pair didnt survive 5 short sail races so I asked for a refund. Musto told me to go back to the "out of territory" seller. I said but you are the manufacturer of the three faulty shorts I purchased- no response A mates short suffered similarly We wont be buying Musto again!”

“Online order for a cap (08/05/21) with delivery of 6 to 8 days, 08/06/21 (31 days later) and still waiting. Countless Emails chasing this and all I get back is some rubbish auto response "we've had some problems" Then they told me 5 days ago that the item had been shipped....I work for the carrier that will make the delivery and at the time of writing this review I can assure you we've still not received it. Charged £6.50 for delivery taken at the same time as I placed and paid for the order. Shockingly abysmal customer service, I wont be back.”

“I returned a Musto Mid Layer sailing jacket for repairs to corroded zips to a Musto Store four weeks ago. Returned to the store to find out what was happening to be told they do not repair zips. The jacket was expensive to buy and I do not think this is very good after sales service. D Shimells”
