“Avoid this company at all costs, they claim to be shipping from Europe but as it take 15 working days it is clear they are either walking with the delivery or shipping from China. Customer service are of no help whatsoever, they just read off a script.”

“Do not recommend. I have ordered two memory cards last week, it has been more than 8 days, still haven't heard anything about them. Payment has already been made, but they can't deliver what they promised, which is to deliver my products in 3 to 5 days.”

“I ordered a 128Gb memory card before reading these reviews. And yes, the address on the web site is for a non-descript building in Jersey and yes, they do ship product from Switzerland. After reading the reviews I thought that my money was gone. BUT. After ordering on a Thursday, my memory card arrived the next Tuesday. Correct item and well packaged. Inserted the card in Android mobile, 128Gb as stated and it formatted correctly. On my part, I couldn't fault them. Either I was a lucky one or other reviewers were the unlucky ones. By the way, excellent price for the the item too...”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will be given the runaround with the same generic answers every time you try to engage with them. It is not an Irish company. They are just going to take your money and leave you hanging. The priority dispatch which you pay extra for in not a priority dispatch. Unfortunately I didn't check review sites before placing my order. Another well known review site gives great reviews on the .co.uk page they have claimed. If you check reviews of the company on the .ie page which they obviously don't know about, you will get the actual truth as to what you are really dealing with.”

“Very poor company, over 5 days gone but still no sign of the item, customer service is also very poor and cannot help. It seems like a doggy company that are doing SCAM to get the money and not sending the goods.”

“Stole my money , they shipped to the wrong address and will not refund unless the package is returned , the address they shipped to does not exist . Avoid at all cost terrible customer services”

“I have been very disappointed with delivery. Just received my item today (28/08/2019) order was done 20/08/2019 and I used Priority delivery (which I found out via chat it is not what I thought it was - nothing to do with speed of delivery BUT you make it sound as if it is). I will be contacting trading standards as you are misleading customers by charging extra which does no good in terms of speed of delivery.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS! Worst online company that I've ever dealt with. Ordered a chromecast 3 from these muppets as it was £2 cheaper than going to argos. I ordered on the 2nd may 2019 and it's now the 23rd May and I'm still waiting! Apparently it's a problem with royal mail but I'm sure that's BS. emailed them numerous times now and keep getting told might arrive in a day or 2! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and pay a bit more from a reputable online seller! I gave a 1 star rating but they don't even deserve that! They dont like issuing refunds either. Keep telling you to keep waiting! Currently I'm awaiting a refund from PayPal.”

“Don't order any item from Mymemory! I ordered a 128G SD card on 27 April, but I still haven't received any item now. The company said the first package was lost on the way and the replacement has been dispatched on 13 May. It always asked me to wait for 3-7 working days, however, I waited nearly one month and it refused to refund this SD card. I'm so sad now.”

“If there was Zero stars I would give it. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. 13 days to receive my order and then found it was incompatible with my phone. Not what I ordered. Steer well clear. They're not an Irish company. That's BS.”

“Warning!!! Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a Kingston 240GB SSD on 2nd June but to this date it never arrived. It was only after I checked the bad reviews for the company that I realized i was scammed too. Opened a dispute with paypal and hopefully I will get my money back.”

“Mymemory branded items are very poor in quality. I bought 2 Mymemory branded USB sticks and 1 of them corrupted data, the usb sticks also felt very cheap and flimsy. They are cheaper because they are badly made.”
