“Okay, so I'm not going to be in a huge rush to order from this company again. The products took far longer to arrive than they should have and judging by other reviews I have read online, my experience was not unique. I don't think the delays were solely down to COVID or Christmas either. Just wanted to dispel belief that the company are scammers/not legit. My products arrived in good condition and matched the specs stated on the website, they just took far longer than promised to arrive. The support team was okay to deal with whenever I emailed them. So if you want reasonably priced products and don't need them in a rush, then I'd recommend MyMemory. Not exactly a glowing review, I know. Just wanted to put up online that I don't believe they are scammers, just a poorly run company.”

“I can't really comment on the product as I haven't had it yet but I'm starting to regret going with a smaller company rather than Amazon just to save a couple of pounds. "Dispatch within 24 hours and delivery within 3-5 working days" tends to give the impression that you don't need to worry about receiving your item but i ordered mine on 10 December (it is now 20th) and it is a Christmas gift that I will have to re-order from somewhere else if it doesn't arrive. Customer Service talk about adverse weather conditions on a ferry crossing. I'm sticking with Amazon in future I'm afraid.”
