“What My Trendy Phone conveniently do not list on their product page is the fact that they ship products to you from other EU countries, meaning a longer delivery time than they advertise.
Delivery time for this particular case was advertised at 2-3 days (buying for a brand new phone and wanted it ASAP). Purchased it on Monday, didn't receive it until Tuesday the following week... where it turns out it came all the way from Denmark, rather than the UK as advertised.
Good prices, terrible business practices. Be more open about where you dispatch from, so that we can have a more realistic idea of how long it will take to arrive. In this instance, I would have spent the few quid extra on Amazon to get it delivered the next day, had I known.”
“DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE if you want your item quickly! The website says Royal Mail, but on checking via Live Chat it is in fact Royal Mail 2nd Class and even this is a lie and my glass screen protector arrives with a Denmark address via Prioritaire post, a full 10 days from the date of order. Despite being unreasonable to my suggestion of a solution, the Live Chat is a free and courteous service. IF YOU DO NOT MIND waiting for your item, I would recommend My Trendy Phone, at a pinch.”
