“ I'm currently having an absolute nightmare with this company, ordered a tyre only to find it will take 2 weeks to arrive, I then cancelled it a day later, they will not refund me saying I have to refuse the delivery which apparently the tyre will have to be returned to Germany before I have a chance of my money. Any normal company would provide continuous support. Customer support at it lowest ”

“ Now, I am emailed to say they have sent a replacement order (which I did not want), but delivery will be in 2-3 weeks time !! I got through on the phone and was told I cannot get a refund for the first order until the replacements arrive and I refuse delivery. ”
