“Ordered a t-shirt in 2X and received a small. They refused to refund or exchange. Claimed that each shirt was custom.”

“shirts they print on are not the same size as their size charts. will not accept returns or refund, then ask for more money to send different sizes. Horrific company, never use them.”

“I'm having the same issue ordered on the 29th of April for my daughter birthday I've sent numerous of emails asking when they will be despatched they keep saying they can't give me a despatch date and if i want to cancel the order . why are they still taking people's money if there is no one to process the orders.”

“DO NOT USE!!! Ordered shoes for my little nieces birthday... Heard nothing for two weeks. Emailed them for an update and they simply replied saying 'there's a delay at the warehouse, we will cancel your order if you want' like what? Why on earth couldn't they have told me this sooner OR BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER. I now have no time to order shoes from elsewhere and have absolutely no idea when/if I'll receive my money back. Fuming. YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.”

“I placed my order two weeks ago, I have sent a email asking for a update on my order to be advised by a lady called jenny they can’t update me as they do not know when my order will be dispatched! And have asked would I like my order to be cancelled, I have advised no I’m happy to wait as long as they can assure me my order will arrive this week, i then got a reply saying sorry we can’t give you any detailsAs we do not know when the order will be processed, again do you want us to cancel and refund your order! Worst customer service ever! Will never order from this company again. They should not be taking orders during this time if they can not process the orders.”

“Just purchased a pair of girls shoes. I believe they are totally fake, box, individual shoe bags which are fraying....... we own several pairs and never had individual bags etc. Also rubber on the shoe seems soft and not sturdy. Creating dispute with PayPal not impressed.”

“Wrong shoes received and size and didn’t get any help in resolving this ( shoes were for a wedding 3 days after receiving abroad ) Then the refund when they received them took over a week to go back into my bank Worst service ever”

“Ordered my Vivienne Westwood shoes for my birthday, two weeks later they split, the box is also not authentic which I've only just found out, I emailed non non about the matter and they never emailed me back, worst quality shoes I've bought, I paid full price for them as well, definitely fake.”

“If 0 stars was an option I would have given them that. Ordered the shoes with a friends paypal the money was taken out of the account but no order number when asked the company via Facebook if they had my order they replied no and to order again so another £78 they wanted me to spend without even looking into this. Rubbish customer service... since this they haven't even replied! Would not order with this site”

“rip off merchants, return shoes with tracking , failed too refund, they think they above the law , hence the company based off shore so too avoid paying tax! you have been warned!!”

“Terrible service. Ordered something on a wednesday morning for next day delivery as is advertised on their website. Yet no dispatch email the day after or product. Emailed customer services who ensured me i would receive my dispatch email Friday yet still havent received it so its been 5 days without no dispatch email. ridiculous.”
