“I strongly advise against ordering from this vendor. I placed a pre-order and was promised a shipping date, which came and went without any update or explanation. Their team only responded after I repeatedly followed up, and even then, they waited for me to request cancellation rather than proactively communicating — a complete failure in customer service. The refund/compensation offered was insufficient: a tiny discount code that does not reflect the full amount I had already paid. It is clear that delays, lack of communication, and poor handling of customer concerns are standard with this company. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you value reliable delivery and professional customer service, look elsewhere. I regret making this purchase and will not order from them again.”

“My wife has had Ted Baker IPhone cases for a while, we found this company who has really competitive prices, however the phone case we picked developed a fault, this was replaced by Proporta without any fuss or questioning, very pleased, excellent company.”

“I inadvertently discovered their creative hub searching for a iPhone SE case late on Friday that I urgently needed for the following day. Despite being a wholesaler, I was warmly invited in to their office whereby ‘Mica’ found me a suitable phone case and gifted it to me! So friendly, so helpful, thank you!!”

“I wasnt sure at first about this site as I hadnt heard of them but looking at feedback & doing my own research they looked to be excellent. Their e-mails & newsletters are very funny & informative, the quality of the phone covers is exceptional and I have already ordered other covers for friends. They are a breath of fresh air in the retail industry and the speed of delivery was so fast. I have nothing but high praise for them based on my own experience”
