“Dreadful company. Previous 5 orders over the years were excellent. This time it’s been appalling. I have a faulty phone case and I’ve NOT had a single reply to my 4 polite emails. It has (or had when I started this) 11 months left on its guarantee. Unless I hear back from someone to deal with this faulty phone case by close of business on Monday 23rd February 2026 I will get Trading Standards involved; I will inform Brighton Police as they are breaking the Consumer Goods Act of 2015 and their non compliance with the Law constitutes fraud; and I will inform “Sally Sorts It” at the Daily Mail so she can warn readers not to buy from this company. They have far too many complaints made against them for non compliance of the Law, and also for breaking their own Terms & Conditions. PS - they do not let you upload photos of faulty products either !!!!”

“Have used this company in the past and have had no issues, but not the case this time. I purchased a Ted Baker phone case on 16 October 2025 and they are refusing to refund or replace as they state the warranty is only for a year… I have had it less than two months. Takes over 24 hours to get a reply to every email and no phone number. Against my consumer rights and very poor maths and customer service skills. Avoid.”

“I strongly advise against ordering from this vendor. I placed a pre-order and was promised a shipping date, which came and went without any update or explanation. Their team only responded after I repeatedly followed up, and even then, they waited for me to request cancellation rather than proactively communicating — a complete failure in customer service. The refund/compensation offered was insufficient: a tiny discount code that does not reflect the full amount I had already paid. It is clear that delays, lack of communication, and poor handling of customer concerns are standard with this company. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you value reliable delivery and professional customer service, look elsewhere. I regret making this purchase and will not order from them again.”
