“ Today my new car wouldn’t start so I rang RAC and they said they would send a mechanic and he would arrive within the hour - which he did. His name is Brett and he was so friendly and polite and fixed the problem and discussed how and what I should do if ever the issue arose again. I was very impressed with his knowledge and excellent customer service. Many thanks Brett. ”

I called the breakdown number & the service I got was impeccable they kept ringing me they informed the Highway patrol which could see me on CCTV & sent out someone to check on us .
