Is it true you terminate your staff contracts if they become disabled or even break an arm/leg due to an accident and therefore are off long term sickness after they have a major arm/leg operation? Even though their doctor has advised them to rest??? This is pretty poor if true and hope you guys are ready for a lawsuit and social media publicity!
