“Obviously the positive reviews are from bots as they provide no specific details about their "positive" experience other than "flawless" and "10/10". I too was scammed out of $740 after sending them my phone and immediately accepting my revised offer of $600. No replied of any kind to email and their website has been taken down in addition to their customer service number. Caveat Emptor!”

“May 10 2023 - iPhone 12 Pro Max sent to their facility, inspected, and accepted offer May 21 2023 - Sent follow up email regarding payment status May 22 2023 - Ariel (Customer Support) emails stating they'll follow up and get back to me within 24 business hours. June 2 2023 - Sent another follow up email for an update June 5 2023 - Ariel: "I will found out and let you know" June 12 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email June 15 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response June 27 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response Closing in on 2 months and this one reputable company has gone dark and are stealing people's phones. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RECELL !”

“THIS COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR TBH. I SENT THEM MY IPHONE 12 BACK IN THE BEGINNING OF MAY. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION STATING THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED 5/12/23. THE OFFERED LESS THAN MY QUOTE. I DECLINED THE OFFER AT FIRST BUT THEN, THEY OFFERED ME MORE ON 5/15/23, SO I ACCEPTED. WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE MY CHECK WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT WASNT MAILED ON TIME, I CONTINUED TO EMAIL THEM AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DELAY ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY. MY CHECK WAS FINALLY MAILED ON 5/30/23. I DEPOSITED THE CHECK ON 6/12/2023 AND ON 6/14/2023 SAW THAT THE CHECK WAS RETURNED. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. IVE BEEN SENDING THIS COMPANY EMAILS EVERYDAY SINCE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AT ALL. I LOST OUT ON MONEY AND MY PHONE!”

“They currently owe me $1670, they stopped responding to my emails and refuse to issue my payment. They did issue a partial check payment a week ago, it bounced yesterday.”

“Phone passed inspection on April 26. Stated should have payment in 7 business days. It's been over 30 days and still no payment. Emailed numerous times and always an excuse. Would not trust!! Basically stole my phone.”

“Wasn't completely happy with the result, I got an iPad and iPhone 7 and I just got 45 bucks back for them together, my iPad was fine with only a little gouge as an afterthought and my old iPhone was looking great. it's obviously false, don't give made telephones or wrecked laugh uncontrollably inside screen telephones or eased back telephones here. Came here for no good reason and I'm unsettled about it.”

“Took my Andriod to this business with an opening in the focal point cover over my back camera focal point. Camera actually turned out great. I had him request the part. He then, at that point, nearly multiplied the cost he cited via telephone. Then when he gave the telephone back to me, the back front of the telephone was heat twisted and the camera is hazy. Destroyed my phone camera.”

“Do not to get your cellphone screen fixed here. They replaced my screen and it popped off multi week after the fact!!! Presently they won't remain behind their work. I called a few times and left messages however nobody got back to me.”

“Went in For A Quick Screen Repair since I was Stranded around the area, got charged $130 for New Front Screen. Subsequent to leaving the store same night my telephone fired misbehaving. Went in to the store a second time the following day to illuminate the person about what was happening and he acted Clueless Because it was "Another Screen". Awful assistance”

“They couldn't assist me with my telephone issue. I attempted to call and ask about selling my telephone. They hung up on me and afterward I endeavored to get back to multiple times. Still no response. Exceptionally discourteous client support and I am disheartened as might have been anticipated more from such individuals.”

“Awesome staff but DO NOT GET SCREEN REPLACEMENT!!!! I had my past iPhone for three years and it didn’t crack. I finally cracked one and went to get the screen replaced and since have been back two or three times within a short time because I barely dropped my phone and the screen was breaking. Yes it was my fault too but I’v never had this constant issue with my phone breaking until I went to them. I have paid the price of my phone in screens now and still haven’t paid the actual phone off yet.”

“Worst services ever, would not recommend! I don't know what's going on but feels like recell.io is leaning towards pawn shop mentality. These guys quoted me $30-$40 on a unopened Level Bolt Invisible Smart Lock A3, retails for $199.00. The worker said I have to factor in ebay's shipping and percentage they take from recell.io. So now recell.io customers are covering their business expenses? That's some cluck like business practices ReCell.io, shame on you.”

“They SCAMMED me. Sent the telephone to them for exchange March. They told they would send me the actually look at inside in 5 work days. I messaged and was told "We will advance your email along to the executives so they can additionally survey your installment and arrive at back out to you straightforwardly in the span of 24 hours." It's been in excess of an entire month, nevertheless no more answers and no check.”
