“I have purchased from this website previously, but my last order I have experience something different. The issues I had weren't rectified, I am still struggling to view my computer, I was given different scenarios to why I was having this issues. They had suggest I return the glasses, but the cost of a replacement would be my shout. In the first instance I would be without my glasses. So I have decided to keep them. I am very disappointed and quite frankly I am going to try another supplier.”

Ignore tickets. Close them and don't reply.
Can't seem to read a prescription correctly and messes up orders.
Tried to get a small problem I have fixed but no point in creating new tickets when customer service just ignores customers.
If this is how you treat a small basic order. Then who dears to order more specialised glasses and frames?!”
