I ordered my glasses on 27th April. The order status is still at the preparing lenses stage.
Surely it doesn't take 10 days to prepare lenses.
This is my first order and I am really not satisfied.
Are my glasses ever going to be delivered.
This is very poor service.”
“This website looks like a UK company, be warned it's China.
I only found out after ringing them to find out where my orders are, as I have been waiting over a month for my prescription glasses. They tell me it's going to be yet another week.
This is ok if you know where they are being made but not if your in a rush. I will update my review for more stars if and when they arrive and if they are any good.”
“Ordering my spectacles online was easy enough, and at a great price. However, delivery was expected between 7-10 working days from dispatch. I'm now on the 12th working day and still no sign of my spectacles. I contacted the company who said they will look into it...haven't heard anything since contacting them.”
