I have made the biggest mistake ordering my glasses from this amateurs.
I have ordered and paid for them.on 9th of February, today is 14th March and still waiting for my glasses or for a response.
I've been told will take 7-10 working days, pure lie. I've searched and their laboratories are in China, in Westwood they only have offices from were they take your money and then sit back relax and wait for Christmas.
Please please better pay more and have your glasses done from dissent known places like Specsavers or any other places, but don't waste your money and your time I mean looooat of time with this mickey mouses.”

Looking at the childish responses to anonymous complaints, my name is Paul Worthy and I am a secondary school teacher in Staffordshire. I paid £216 for a pair of Oakley, more like Jokely specs 12 weeks prior to eventual delivery delayed by all the excuses under the Sun. My spec frames were so small, they would make a 10 year old look like Peter Glaze. I returned them within 24 hours. If you want a pair of specs for your cat or dog or indeed any other mammal with a smaller than human head then go for it. Otherwise, go to a competent, reputable opticians.”
“Don't bother with this company, Their service is appalling. The first two pairs didn't arrive, I had to get them sent again. Then they eventually arrived a month late. I paid for tracking but they didn't give me tracking on the one pair and then they sent the two pairs separately. They were supposed to arrive at my house but they were sent to the nearest post office instead. In the end, they offered me a 10% discount on any order over 200 pounds. What a joke.
For the inconvenience, it's easier to just live out the rest of your life as a legally blind person, learn braille, get a guide dog, and memorise where your furniture is. STAY AWAY!”
“Paid for glasses received e-mail advising on the way 6 weeks later no glasses. After many phone calls and e-mails still no glasses spoke to manager James who assured me glasses were on the way and promised he would ring me back but did not bother. The whole thing is a joke avoid using them at all costs.”

“I was told my order did not pass the QC on the prescription lens. I placed my order over one and a half months ago and it just arrived. I paid for premium shipping also. When I complained all they would do is offer me a small discount on a future purchase (of a certain amount). The worst part is that the frame I received did not look like the one pictured on the site. It appears black in the site pic but is actually a tortoise shell acetate frame. The naming doesn't make that clear. In future I will go elsewhere.”

They say they pay returns postage and don't, they corrected this by refunding me some of my purchase. I got £10 off my order for this mess up. Took over 1 month to fix it and the whole experience lasted 3 months. Was a very simple order. Prescription was the only correct thing.

“Really awful experience. DO NOT BUY. Had a great experience on the website ordering, however I ordered my glasses almost a month ago and still in preparation phase. Accepted this as Covid related, and Select Specs offered a free pair of their economy glasses in meantime, sort of. They offered and asked me to send my preference for which frame I preferred which I promptly did. Zero reply, and despite a number of attempts to chase both my original glasses order and subsequent mid-term replacement I've had no reply. Zero communication from them. Incredibly dissatisfied customer.”
“I ordered two pair of glasses both to the same prescription. One oair arrived all good. The second pair a pair of sunglasses arrived some 8 weeks later and were the wrong perscription. Customer service is poor as is communication skills. I recieved a refund but was told the mistake was mine (?) As THEIR lab had confirmed the perscription was correct which is impossible I could not see with them!!!! Despite their term and conditions saying they would refund the cost of returns postage they are refusing to comply with their own terms and conditions. My advice use Specs4less.com quick, professional and customer orientated.”

Had a reply from SelectSpecs asking for order number. I replied with the order number and photos of glasses. Since then have had no reply!! Great customer service!!!”
