“ Terrible service. Their "experts" said a pair of scarpa trainers fit a half size larger. They didn't they were standard sizing and if anything actually smaller and tighter than any normal shoe. Returns aren't free even in this case where their advice led to me getting a pair of ill fitting hiking trainers. Won't shop with them again for as much as a pair of socks. ”
