“Its the worst company in the world. They processed my order & charged my card but then simply added a note to the order asking for £50 more saying pricing error.
No attempt to contact me, no apology, no effort to find a solution! When I asked I was pointed to Ts & Cs saying contract is valid only when the item is delivered.
Never do business with a company that does not care about the customer. Just unscrupulous”
“Bought a pair of shoes, the shoes were defective and so I requested the return. The return was rejected and they sent me the defective shoes back.
Be careful with this store. It's a total scam. Even if the website states "free return no questions asked" you end up losing money. One more thing, when you call, be prepared to be hang up at your face by people from the customer service.
