What a terrible, terrible company, run by useless people that do not have a clue what they are doing! Due to incompetence, awful customer service and bombarding me with daily emails last January (sometimes two or three a day), I changed my hosting company in November 2022. I contacted TSOHost to let them know, and got a reply from ‘Pavel’ who said “I’m very sorry to hear about the negative experience you have had. We remain available should you decide to use our services in the future”. For the last few weeks,TSOHost have been sending me daily emails AGAIN, (sometimes a few a day), chasing me for payment for a service that I’ve already told them I do not want. I have replied SEVERAL times to these emails, to tell them that I do not want to use their company, but they still keep sending them!!!! I’m not sure what it will take to stop these total idiots hassling me?

Same issues, Initially i was with a company called Daily.co.uk which were UK based, Really good and you could speak with them on the phone. It then seemed to go to a foreign service centre no phone number then to Paragon now TsoHost. had no inbound emails for over a week after having 3wks of inbound bounce backs, little help from a support ticket and Live Chat telling me to raise a ticket as there is nothing they can do & that im using a 3rd party product. long list of historic problems with them followed by excuses. the Live chat respond but nothing ever seems to get resolved. Website hosted with them got hacked twice so they blamed the developer and they blamed TSO,......Not happy

Avoid At All Cost!! My business email account has not been working for 6 weeks since they carried out their 'improvements'. Virtually impossible to get any sort of help from their support. It takes about 4 days for them to respond to a 'Support Ticket' question and that's not to solve the issue, it is generally another question for you to answer that then takes another 4 days..... and it goes in circles from there. Live Chat is a 5 hour + wait just to get told that the 'Higher Level Support Team' is dealing with it and no-one can speak to them (If they actually exist??). So far have spent a total of approx 30 hours on Live Chat and still nothing has been done. TSOhost is now a joke and I would strongly advise anyone to stear well clear.

This company is an absolute joke Please stay well clear, your online business or online presence can be at stake if you rely on this very un professional company. turned their phone support off, web chat queues are 3-4 hours and when you get through to someone they will simply say ''our other team will look into this'' apparently they cant speak to their internal teams on the phone. we paid them for the site migration (well in time, before they migrated to cpanel) its been over 2 weeks all of our sites are down and we are not getting any support from this company. we have been with them for years and years. its not the fist time they did this. we lost all of our sites once - a few years ago luckily we backed up everything as soon as heard about this migration.

Have been with tsohost since 2011. Service was good back then. Has been poor over the last two years and now they have pulled the plug on us with little to no notice all I can say is they have gone down hill. Very disappointing.

Slow service - wait for live chat 1-4 hours on average. Not helpful with support. ‘Beyond our scope’ when they made the error. Support Tickets taking days to reply, if at all. Avoid.

TsoHost recently decided to terminate their gridhost service. That's fine, but what isn't is not allowing their customers to backup their sites. This is genuinely some quotes from their "support" team: I want to apologize for the delayed response. "Unfortunately, there is no option to download a backup of the ghost blog website from the old cloud platform. Kind regards, Simon S. Technical Support" "I can see that you already have a ticket and I am afraid that there is no option to download a backup of the ghost blog website from the old cloud platform. My advice is to order a new hosting plan and build a new website."

I've been with tsoHost for years since the days when they were Vidahost, and they were reasonably fine. Within a couple of weeks after renewing my contract with them for another 3 years I got an email saying I had until November 10th to move my site as they were retiring the Gridhost platform. It was a clinical email said refunds will be automatic only after 45 days from November 10th. This is less than 3 weeks into my new contact and now they are refusing to refund any sooner. That takes us into next year 2023 when they may have changed name again or gone altogether. I've migrated away quickly and had to pay yet again with another host. This is disgusting heartless behaviour from any company and to do this to loyal customers is beyond any reason. I will be taking them to the small claims court for breach of contract as I will not wait for something like 90 days to see if I get a refund. Apparently in their own words a "bunch" of customers are being moved on as they retire their Gridhost platform. I'd advise anyone to steer clear as this company has become unpredictable and isn't even following it's own refund policy of 30 days if services are unsatisfactory. They are cancelling the contract and in a court of law they are guilty of breach of contract. I still can't quite believe they are treating customers of long standing like this, it makes no sense but I will not let them ride rough shod over consumer law. AVOID THEM, they've degenerated overnight into something I can no longer recognise, no one saw this coming and there will be a lot more people hit by their disregard for decency. Their support staff are argumentative and unhelpful, seems like they need to install themselves a sense of common decency!

Absolutely useless people. They host sites that steal content and commit fraud but refuse to remove them so they must be connected in some way. I reckon they operate from a flat judging by how they try to block people from commenting on social media and other pages. They've obviously messed up loads of people.

I've been with TSO host for years. They used to be very good but this all changed and their service is now dreadful since several years ago in my opinion. There's no telephone support at all, live chat is not available often and your website can be down (which mine is regularly) for many hours before anyone looks at your support ticket. Nobody takes any responsibility or ownership for you as a customer, and in my personal experience downtime is shockingly bad. I will be looking for a refund (again) which will inevitably be ignored and will take my custom elsewhere. I recommend to avoid TSO hosting at all costs as in my experience they are dreadfully bad.

Very dishonest. Asked them to cancel my plan and refund me the cost. It took a long time before they came back to me and refunded some part. They confirmed that it's all cancelled only for them to come back with a bill a few weeks ago for the same service that they said was cancelled. I have contacted them have not received a favourable response yet.

Awful. Made changes that resulted in the website going down. Support is not available over the phone any more. Will be moving my hosting elsewhere

Finally cancelled with Tsohost after a number of years (almost a decade) due to the recent migration which they described as an 'upgrade'. Their service has been deteriorating slowly over the years with constant server downtime and email outages - the final straw was that they decided to put my prices up over 300% per annum for inferior service whilst also removing access to features like Let's Encrypt so that I would be forced to pay them an extortionate amount each year for their SSL certificates. This is now a terrible company that doesn't care about customers at all and which has cost me a lot of business because of their poor quality. I moved everything over to Skystra yesterday (they do free migrations and it was incredibly quick with no downtime). Will not be looking back.

9 year customer, migrated me to a new plan with no mention of price increases. Annual cost went from £14.99 from old plan to £80 per year with no clear warning. Invoice they sent to me went into spam folder. Once i realised i was charged £80 i contacted them immediately for a refund and to cancel my plan, before the invoice period had even started. They have not responded to my requests for a refund. Really poor customer service and extortionate prices! Stay well clear of this dodgy money grabbing company.

My website had gone down after they decided to migrate me to a different hosting package. Live chat provided no resolution, it got escalated and I then got stuck in a very slow (days) e mail ticket chat, with so many of their employees not knowing how to fix it. My website was down for at least a month and there was absolutely no hurry to try to fix it for me. Lost sales, lost communications, lost reputation and they don't seem the slightest bit bothered. WARNING 100% avoid TSOHOST for all cost. I was a lojal customer to Gridhoast for more than 8 years, now in last 1.5 years I had nothing else but a problems with them. 0 support at all. I was one of unlucky ones whith a "B" site which most of the time was unusable with a loading speed of 12 - 15 seconds. Their support could do nothing. My marketing campaign is due to start now but my site is down due to their server fault. Can not get any support again. Also price for their plan was increased, it went up by 4 times without my consent. To the first oportunity I will be running away from then.

Literally the worst service - DO NOT DO IT. You might think it is cheap - but it is a complete joke. Website down again this week - it is down every week due to server issues. You cannot contact anyone - and they take days to respond. Seriously there are better hosting packages out there and I cannot wait to migrate away. I cant think of anything positive to say about this shambles of a company

Totally unreliable service, my website and emails have been down due to server issues with TSOHost for 3 days now, they seem in no hurry to sort the issue, this is affecting me and thousands of other companies. It is destroying my business reputation.

Avoid this Company at all costs! They told me I could pay for my hosting on a monthly basis. Then recanted, took my website down and told me unless I paid them 1 years hosting, £435 in full it would stay down.Is that blackmail? I am now starting Legal Proceedings for recovery of monies and breach of contract, An appalling Company
