What a VERY unpleasant and stressful experience I have had with tsoHost. My annual charge has always been paid by a debit card, with details stored on their system. This year, they told me that the card had been declined. I tried a different card, which was also declined. I deleted the card details and re-entered both cards. Both were declined again. I tried several times more, unsuccessfully, so phoned my bank. After more than 40 minutes on the phone, my bank said that there were no problems with either cards. I tried phoning tsoHost, but after 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer, I gave up and tried the cards again. Still no luck, so I tried phoning again at a different ‘less busy’ time. After another 30 minutes, I gave up again. I tried phoning several more times but just could not speak to anyone! I tried ‘Live Chat’ but that didn’t work as apparently tsoHost disable it if waiting times are too long. I tried raising a ticket from the ‘client area’, but that wouldn’t work. I emailed tsoHost instead and was given the usual BS about call waiting times and also that no other customers have had issues (therefore it was all my fault!). Anyway, several more emails back and forth with the VERY unhelpful Zakah, I was getting nowhere trying to pay the invoice, so I removed the card details again and set up a D/D on the 19/1/22. This, according to tsoHost would be active within 3 working days. 9 days later, the D/D was not set up, so I chased it up with Paragon / GoCardless / tsoHost. I had a reply from Gabriel to say “we’ve charged your D/D to pay invoice .....”. No apology for the delay. So I waited for the invoice to be paid by D/D, as payment by debit card was proving impossible. Finally, on the 1/2/22, payment was taken. It still didn’t stop tsoHost sending me yet another email chasing payment, even though it was paid! I received emails from tsoHost every day (36 in total) and sometimes more than one a day, chasing payment and saying suspension was imminent! If I don’t get a GENUINE apology from tsoHost for this appalling service, I might just forward all 36 emails to them every day for as many days as they sent them to me! I’m sure I won’t get an apology though, as I’m sure that they will just say again that it is all my fault? I will not be using this company again next year!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I've had the misfortune of using them for my business email account for a few months. It's frequently cut out altogether in the middle of projects, leaving me unable to contact clients- and not able to check my emails have been received. Likewise, sending email to myself from more reliable accounts sometimes arrive 4/5 hours later or just aren't picked up at all. Their support is very often offline, and the interface is as clunky and counter-intuitive as something you might have found in the late 90's. I'd strongly advise you not to use them for anything at all, let alone something you need to rely on!

A company who think its OK to provide woeful support. Slow support, waited days for reply to tickets, chat facility is just there to waste your time as they just repeat same thing over and over. Half their autotaed systems dont work and mean you end up in days of tickets/chat roulette!

Horrible hosting lost all my data in migration then said it was my fault for not checking even though I had no notice of it.

Really the worst host ever! Not only are our emails downs at least 5 days a week but also SSL isn't auto-renew so that our website was down for days and that on a Christmas sale weekend!

They upgrade you to higher priced plans without prior warning. The first you know about it is when they invoice you. Very deceptive business methods. Choose a more trustworthy host.

The multisite Wordpress hosting is slow, lagging, doesn't let you in, and doesn't let you change your theme. If you raise a support ticket their response is "so what, our product is perfect" and do not look into the issue. You cancel the product as per the EU 14 day distance selling regulations, you wait a week for your refund. It doesn't arrive. You contact them again about the refund. Their response is that they "cannot issue refunds immediately" I hardly call an entire week "immediately". Avoid this faulty product at all costs! Very rude and sarcastic members of staff who do nothing and they withhold your money illegally.

the worst hosting company in the world; I followed the technical support advice and now my whole website is lost and I cannot recover it; they have no clue what is going on, they don't understand how to keep records, they never action requests, there is no "real" complaints department; better off asking your dog for advice when you need it. They are even making moving to a different hosting provider an absolute pain

Don't purchase domains from them. They will confirm its secured and purchased and then 2 weeks later tell you it went back on the market for someone else to register.

I have never used this company and they keep sending invoices to my email saying payment is not valid and my account has been suspended. Trying there chat service and they try to charge me for help. keep away

Absolute horror show. When I pointed out that there was an on-going problem with their hosting (across multiple sites, across multiple of their servers), their response was "yes, we have been aware for some time but do not know when it will be fixed". Their complaints procedure is well-documented on their website, but they don't follow it. Several frustrating weeks later and they just don't bother responding at all. I cannot recommend highly enough that you categorically do NOT use TSO. You'd have more luck trying to host your website on a calculator. It would probably be faster too.

Run For The Hills! lost words to describe tsohost and how bad they are! Have been with them for years but only recently found out they have been fobbing me off every time I call with technical issues; list of problems is long but let me give you a flavour: 1. non existent "higher level" support 2. never ever fix an issue, just keep escalating it to nowhere 3. daily issues accessing emails and sending them 4. pushing you to add services you do not need or are even more hopeless 5. automated billing you cannot even cancel if within thirty days of a renewal generally a bad, bad company - nothing more to say really, I am not that tech savvy so transferring to another company but its taking time as tsohost again useless in terms of assisting with this process

Absolutely terrible since Tsohost has taken over, They got me to pay services i didn't need, you wait 50 mins before anyone answers, the technicians are unhelpful and don't give a damn. Looking for another provider right now!!!

Don't bother with this company. They didn't send me the upcoming payment emails (despite claiming they had sent two, which were 'on their system', curiously out of all the emails I have received on gmail in 10 years, and despite all the other tsohost ones arriving, these ones didn't, so they are either incompetent or cannot be trusted), and then refused refund for a service I wasn't using, and hadn't used for some time. Their trustpilot score is clearly being managed - it is common practice for companies to filter who gives reviews on trustpilot. On every other site it is 1* or 2*. Please don't bother.

The service has gone completely down hill over the past few months. Their server was constantly going down and their responses were unhelpful and slow. When I discovered that they are using an outdayed version of PHP, that was the last straw for me, So many issues, which had a huge negative impact on our business. Stay well clear!

Tsohost moved 7 of my sites to a different server, 4 remained on the existing server. The 4 that remained carried on working fine. The seven they moved all were dropped form Google Indexing and were knocked off Google search results. My ranking and my business suffered. I gave them proof of what was happening and they refused to accept it. They wanted to charge me to move to anther server.

Website by TSO down COMPLETELY from 17/9/19-22/9/19 - couldnt event get into my dashboard. No updates, no info, no help throughout. Yes, you can call them or chat, and yes the folks were nice enought on the phone, but ultimately impotent. Lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds worth or orders..... TSOs reply?...barely a ''sorry'' and when I pressed for compensation for loss of business, and only when I SQUEEZED it out of them.... they said as GOOD WILL they would offer 2 weeks.... ha ha, really??!! yes...very funny.... Im off to Shopify instead as this is just the last straw.
