“I'm not happy you got 59sterline from ... I'm not happy with my money I'm not happy that you took 59 pounds from my account, then you took 59 pounds again, I put it back to my Master Card to tell you that you got paid I want my money back because you never sent a phone to everyone this is a fraud if you took money from my account without my knowing that i would like someone to send my money back to my bank account this is mr. Cincotta Giovanni to my MasterCard .... 1076 said that you take this money on August 17th of this year, I want you to get my money back”

“OMG! i should have red this before being so stupid. I have signed up and thinking that they will set up a paypal account for payments they have charged £59. Oh and the best is that they won't even refund you, they take £20 for the cancellation! What a scam! Contacted paypal with regards to the transaction, just waiting on what will happen!”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID the website makes you think you are authorising PayPal to set up an account. It doesn't - it immediately takes £59 from you without telling you it is doing so The website is misleading and a misrepresentation DO NOT USE”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give a ZERO I would This website invites you to register and add your PayPal details It gives a very clear impression that the purpose of adding PayPal details is to allow future involvement It does NOT - it actually takes £59 directly from your account PayPal pretends this is all above board - despite the number of complaints on this and other websites about VIP Auctions. PayPal has refused to refund my money AVOID this website like the plague!”

“I opened an account with £59 , but two lots of £59 was taken out using PayPal, I have not been able to get back to my auction and have only used £11 of my funds. I have complained to PayPal but as yet no reply. This is a complete and utter scan. Keep well away.”

“Same with me the advert popped up and I clicked off it and I had been charged I tried to get a refund they wouldn't give it me back so I decided to have a go and apparently they reckon that you get in Samsung S9 for £9.60 when I looked at it I thought it was a scam I've got an S9 and I paid £969 for it lol PayPal know about this then that's bad because I've been on the phone asking them and they have said it's an ok website to me and they've left the payments go through”

“If the problem with Paypal happened since 25 may 2018, it is now appliable the new Eur Reg 679/2016 known as GPDR. They all have the mandatory legal double check now, especially that is not only your personal data, like email, name, address, woman or men, but also the account personal information which is totally forbidden and they all must present to each one of your the proof of destroying all your personal informations, and the proof they didn t give away to external other parties your personal informations. The penalities for Paypal and this site is 20 milions euro and if this repeted (I see clearly that this situation is repeted), another 20 milions can be as penalties an then their activity could be suspended in UK and Europe. This is more just Small Claims Court.”

“PayPal have blocked my registration thankfully. I have read the reviews and if all these people have been scammed the place to get restitution is in the Small Claims Court. You can do it yourself, it only costs £50 and you don't need a solicitor. If what reviewers are saying is true then they will get their money back, plus interest, plus compensation for loss of time and distress caused.”

“LIke many others, I was browsing the site and the next thing my account had been debited, vipauction refuse to refund, so have had to open a case. Disgusting way to run a site”
