“If something is to good to be true it is I didn't sign up for this service it's impossible to bid £80 for an iPhone X and get it well all you greedy people who lost your money ha ha”

“Total scam... Its not like ebay where u bid for something most people would think when signing up. It is impossible to win a bid n costs everytime u do bid. Total rip-off. Don't loss ur money as many other people have”

“Vipauctions took £59x2 from my paypal account before my registration was completed IT STILL ISNT and I can’t contact them I have tried to get it refunded by Paypal with no success This company cannot be recommended because their web site is so unclear”

“As with previous entries, total scam, didn’t even know they were taking £59 from me when signed up. So as I had the funds in and pretty sure wouldn’t get back, I used them in an auction, wow.... nigh impossible to win anything. Don’t touch this. M”

“Terrible company complete and utter sham DONT put any credit details in they took £59 off me for nothing I didn’t buy anything now they say am only owed £28 refund Where did the other £31 go! And the refund isn’t going to be recredited into my account for another 15/20days!!! Totally illegal breaking customer consumer rights I am reporting them to the Ombusman Stay well clear”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Site is confusing to non-understandable. After two bids I had lost my £59 and was asked to pay more so I would then have paid £118 that is more than the cost of the item I was bidding for. So no fin. Great expense and no results so I am not sure how any person coulgive a score of + 1 star”

“I went through to paypal curious as to the cost of their offer. Did nit wabt to or o ceed £59 came out of my bank acciunt. I had not even set up an account with vip auctions. Paypal state they provided tracking details so goods were sent. So no refund. There are no 'goods'! But i had cancelled the transaction on paypal which it clearly shows. Now vipsuctions says i can't get back money i have bid and my account is zero. I don't have an account so i have not bid. They are thieves and fraudsters. I can't afford to lose that money but i dont know what to do about it”

“I placed an automatic bid range, and the item sold between the range. This means that I should have won the auction. I didn't. Instead I forfeited all my money. THIS IS A SCAM.”

“Scam! Even if you win items, they do NOT deliver!!! They make you send them your IDs, your bills, etc "for verification purposes". In reality, they just collect your info for identity theft. And they never actually deliver any items.”

“I signed up during the holidays. When I returned to work, I discovered that most of the auctions ended while I was at work. I closed the account with most of my money. THEY KEPT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT!”
