I ordere on 14th december something for my two little nephews and AFTER I ordered, they stated that it could take up to 10-12 days to deliever. So that it might not work until christmas. On the 24th december, I received an e-mail that they are unable to deliever the ordered items. Never ever again am I using this site, and you should not even use them once.

Do not order from this company This company should be closed down. They have been telling me lies for weeks. Placed order beginning of December. Keep being told my order has been shipped. Round in circles and lie after lie. Only to find out it’s not. Appalling service. A very upset mum. I have a child not receiving her baby pram for Christmas, that is all she wanted because of this company.

Returned faulty item in October,was told on 5th November I would receive refund but now 15th December & no refund.Have sent two emails since but still nothing.Customer service absolutely terrible would not recommended buying from them.

Ordered to the US. 2 months without any indication of shipping the items. Reached out several times with no answer. Ended up disputing charges. They finally responded over 2 months later and said the items were “lost in transit”. Seems like a scam site

This site is a total SCAM!!! I have placed an order on 15th of November. Later on 19th of November I have seen on the order update that the product is ready to be shipped. On the Wednesday of 24th of November I called them as I seen that the product is still not shipped. They said that they have arranging deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and if my product is not out on the day for sure will be on Friday. On Monday the 29th I called them again as it was still not shipped. They said they been very busy due to Black Friday though this order been placed 2 weeks ago. They shipped on 30th of November and the parcel arrived on 3rd of December! GUESS what???? A wrong item has arrived! Not only that has arrived late but arrived wrong item!! I have ordered a Rocking Swan for babies and it arrived a laundry basket. I didn’t had the birthday present on time and then later came wrong item! Waiting for a refund now! Their customer service is a total mess! Long waiting times on the phone and they never reply to the emails!

Awful shop. Takes ages to receive items, quality was poor and I am trying receive refund more than 2 months. Called more than 10 times since September. Not recommended at all

Terrible customer service, ordered items for a wedding on 21st of august, didn’t get shipped till the 28th, no updates, no explanation other than ‘this can happen in a sale’ utterly pathetic

Terrible customer service! They would not let me change my order (despite 8 day delivery). Instead, they said that I would have to return the item and order a new one (and pay the delevery fee again). I've also payed extra for the item to be gift wrapped, which it wasn't. Never again.

Terrible customer service, extremely long shipping time initially was announced as 3-4 days and has been over 2 weeks and still not shipped. Will never use again!

Literally the worse online shopping experience! I have placed an order before Christmas and only received the half of it. Apparently the rest has been lost and they will resend it. Then I placed an order few days after Christmas and its been 3 weeks and it is still sitting in the warehouse. They are trying to figure out the shipping due to Brexit they are dealing with issues. So they failed to deliver my orders and now they told me after I was the one asking for update about my order to wait till the end of the months and they can`t process a refund. So they have my money, my order is in their warehouse and whenever they will figure out the situation will send me my order. I ordered even baby clothes for my daughter and waiting over 1 month without any updates on it? This is just really frustrating. At least offer refund for unable to ship.

I ordered 2 weeks ago. Lead time according to the site was 3 to 4 days. I sent 2 mails and received only a standard reaction that they were going to answer me soon. No further reaction until now. I tried to call, but after 5 minutes the phone was cut off. Don't know what to do now.

Made an order on 9th of April. More than one month later -it is still processing, they didnt even bother to ship it yet! Zero customer support. Begging for some answers, but receiving the same copy paste replies. the worst online experience in years by far.:( stay away.

Returned faulty item The response was to ask for a photo of faulty item ! No reply to emails and left on hold when phoning. When can I expect refund. Courtesy to reply to my queries

Terrible customer service. Took over 2 weeks to arrive, not very helpful at all and not good quality when it did arrive. I wouldn't use them again.

you are not gonna believe this but this is my experience with VERBAUDET my parcel never arrived after weeks of waiting and after I clarified that these clothes are for my coming-soon-baby they showed me no care no help : on 24-01-2018 I bought online all the needed clothes for my unborn baby on 26-01-2018 it arrived to the post in my country and the post man brought it on 29 january but as I am 9 month pregnant living in the forth floor when I got to the door I found the postman gone and I saw him in the van driving away ...I called the post they offered to do a second presentation and that second presentation never came ...I contacted the site, on the first email they were gentle and offered their appologies and they said they sent a mail for them to see whats the problem ....I explained that I am pregnant and I bought all my baby s stuff from their site ...days went by ...weeks went by I contacted them again ...and they said at this point what they can do is either they refund me or they send me another parcel ....I told them I prefer to send me another parcel ...but we found that most of the articles I bought are out of stock ! and just today 15-02-2018 , the post returned the parcel to the site so I contacted them and told them if they can resend me my parcel againand this is what he said :" Unfortunately it's not possible for us to send back an order. As I mentioned before, in order to take a better care of this situation call us on the phone number I sent you from 9am to 6pm (French time). " this is the thrird time he tell me call that number but that same phone number I tried countless of times to call there is ony a voice recorder and that every thing you need to know is on the site ! I am so frustrated that they did not care or appreciate all what I ve been through all the wait all the stress and they dont care about their customers ....

Useless website, terrible customer service, price scams! 1. They don't honor discounts that they claim they offer, 2. their customer service cant even seem to place a simple order, let alone processing a refund and 3. Their courier / collection service is a scam!
