"I ordered a smoby supermarket for my boy for Christmas and I am super happy with the product and the service. It's true the item arrived later than expected but I received an email where they let me know there's going to be a delay because of the very busy time of the year. Thank you, you made a wee boy very happy and I am happy I didn't have to pay a fortune for this toy."

"I wish I had read the reviews here before placing a large order. In late November I placed a large order which subsequently went walkabouts. Hermes said it had been delivered but it hadn\u2019t. I contacted Vertbaudet who seemed to not understand that my items had in fact not been delivered. Trying to get hold of them was a joke. The phone number just kept me on hold before saying they were too busy to take the call and cut me off. This happened no matter that time of day I called. Emails took days to be responded to and getting assistance via social media was like banging my head against a wall. Eventually my items arrived a few days before Christmas (marvellous when 4 of the items were Christmas jumpers).\r\n\r\nOn the 17th January I dropped my returns off at my local parcel shop. To this day I am still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later. It\u2019s an absolute disgrace. I seriously don\u2019t know how this company are still trading. I\u2019ve sent three emails chasing my refund and when they finally dignify my email with a response it\u2019s just a load of waffle and I\u2019m still no clearer on when they\u2019ll give me my money back.\r\nThe photo attached shows the last correspondence I had from them on 28th Feb. If anyone can understand what they\u2019re going on about, please could you enlighten me!!?\r\n\r\nI have never ever encountered such dire customer service!\r\n\r\nI would recommend anyone thinking of placing an order goes elsewhere to save themselves a lot of hassle!"

"I agree that the delivery times are shocking, I waited 5 weeks for some items which is very disappointing, however pre-Brexit I wasn\u2019t having issues so maybe this needs to be considered. I am in the UK - products are always lovely and good quality so maybe worth the wait!"

"This site is a total SCAM!!!\r\n\r\nI have placed an order on 15th of November. Later on 19th of November I have seen on the order update that the product is ready to be shipped. \r\nOn the Wednesday of 24th of November I called them as I seen that the product is still not shipped. They said that they have arranging deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and if my product is not out on the day for sure will be on Friday. \r\nOn Monday the 29th I called them again as it was still not shipped. They said they been very busy due to Black Friday though this order been placed 2 weeks ago. \r\nThey shipped on 30th of November and the parcel arrived on 3rd of December! \r\nGUESS what???? A wrong item has arrived! \r\nNot only that has arrived late but arrived wrong item!! \r\nI have ordered a Rocking Swan for babies and it arrived a laundry basket.\r\nI didn\u2019t had the birthday present on time and then later came wrong item! \r\nWaiting for a refund now! \r\nTheir customer service is a total mess! Long waiting times on the phone and they never reply to the emails!"
