Having placed an order back in May, I am still awaiting the arrival of my chairs. With each delay and missed delivery date it has been necessary for me to contact Voga as they don't see customer contact, or even customer retention, as a priority. In fact, in a previous curt response I was simply informed "(they) don’t have a system that sends out an automatic update about the status of (my) order" which entirely misses the point. If you find yourself busier than anticipated and having to push back delivery dates, there must surely be a moment in the additional 10 weeks lead time for a member of your customer service team to contact affected customers, rather than always reactively responding to issues after the fact. Despite the nominal offer of a 10% discount on a future order that would just as likely take an additional 4 months, I will not be placing any future orders with Voga

Beware this company is a being investigated for fraud and deception. I was fortunately to only loose £75 others have lost £1000's. As an architect I used them years ago and they was fine but since the new copyright laws- in desperation they are now deceiving customers. Your items will end up in a warehouse in Dublin and it will cost you several times the amount you paid for your items for them to be delivered to you. When you find out about this they won't let you cancel the order claiming the items were 'custom made' and therefore have exemption regarding the right of withdrawal usual with all distant selling contracts. This is illegal as the ECC has noted that 'Voga often refers to an exemption regarding the right of withdrawal. They claim that the goods are custom made to consumer's wishes and the right of withdrawal is therefore not valid. The company offers a standard range, therefore Voga can not make use of this exemption.' Most people end up just abandoning the items in the warehouse. ( if you don't collect in 4 weeks they sell them again) This is Voga's new business model. They make money hoping victims never collect their items because the delivery costs are just too high. They have been reported to all of the below and if you have been a victim I suggest you also report them yourself. Many have confirmed they have received similar complaints against this trader in the past and are they are under investigation. Vogas company info for your complaints to the below is : Voga DR Corporations, 31/F., Chinachem, Century Tower, 178 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong – but remember to include www.voga.com as they slightly change their name often. Report your problems with Voga too: 1.Your Bank for Fraud. (mine has started a fraud case against them based on the above, they will eventually get a chargeback) 2.UK European Consumer Centre. entreecc@tsi.org.uk 3. The European Consumer Centre (ECC) Ireland info@eccireland.ie 4. Hong Kong Customs. crimereport@customs.gov.hk 5. Hong Kong Police. erc@police.gov.hk. https://www.erc.police.gov.hk 6. EConsumer www.econsumer.gov 7.Competition and Consumer Protection Commission ask@ccpc.ie 8. Watchdog UK watchdog@bbc.co.uk. (they are thinking of doing an expo on them already) Goodluck and hopefully this saves somebody from being scammed.

Wouldn't recommend Voga to my worst enemy! On Friday 12th February 2016, I found a chair and table which took my fancy on their website. Both items were in stock (4 chairs left and 6 tables left) when I placed my order that night at 9pm. On Saturday 13th February, I had second thoughts about the table. I checked their website, and was pleased to read that items could be cancelled so long as cancellations were made before items left their warehouse. On Sunday 14th February, I emailed Voga confirming my wish to cancel the order on my table. On Monday 15th February, I received a response advising that unfortunately I could not cancel my order due to my order being a custom made, and that it had already commenced production. I found this very disappointing given: (a) their website falsely advertised that these items were in stock & (b) surely an item ordered after hours on a Friday night, would not have commenced production by Monday morning. On Monday 15th February, I responded quoting the terms of their website which stated "Not to worry, you can amend or cancel your order at any time, as long as we haven’t shipped it from our UK warehouse yet. This goes for all products, and it won’t cost you anything. If the order has already been delivered to you, you can use your return right. You can read about our return rights here”. On Friday 18th February, I received a response, advising that "our website has been changed to be fully aligned with our terms and conditions". They re-iterated that as my items were custom made and had already entered production, that I could not cancel my order. On Friday 18th February, I responded by stating "The fact that you may have changed your website subsequent to my cancellation is irrelevant. At the time of placing my order, your website clearly stated my right to cancel my order, until the point that the item has left your warehouse." On 22nd February, I received a response stating "I have double checked your case and as previously advised it is not possible to cancel our orders. This is again due to our products being custom made to order." By this stage, I gave up on cancelling my order as it was clear that they would not honour their T&Cs at the time of placing my order. On 29th March, I emailed them chasing delivery of my order. Having not received their response, I emailed them again on the 30th March. On 31st March, after still not having received their response, I had an online chat with one of their staff. I was advised that my order would be delivered in August! I therefore emailed them stating that this would mean that it would have taken them 6 months to deliver my order from the date that my items allegedly entered production. I once again, requested that they cancel my order. Finally on the 11th April, I received a response, advising that my order would be delivered between mid to late July and once again, I could not cancel my order. On 11th June, I emailed Voga asking for an update on my order. On 14th June, I received a response advising that my order would be delivered by the end of June. On the 27th June, I emailed Voga asking for an update on my order. I received a response that same day advising that my order had left their warehouse on 17th June, and that the courier company would deliver the items between 9-12 days thereafter. On 29th June, we were contacted by the courier company and arranged delivery for 7th July. Come the 7th July, surprise surprise, no delivery! On the 8th July I contacted the courier company, after many repeated attempts to get through...they rarely pick up their phone! I was advised by the warehouse manager at the courier company that they would need to contact their driver to ascertain why my delivery failed. They then arranged for my item to be delivered. Finally, on 12th July, I received my items nearly 5 MONTHS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER! WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS 1) Don't believe their stock levels shown on their website 2) Don't order unless you are absolutely sure, as you will NOT be able to cancel 3) Don't expect prompt delivery...you will be waiting ages 4) Don't expect one bit of good customer service at all. The funny/sad thing is, that my parcel came with a standard 5% discount voucher in it. Seriously, if they offered my 50% off my next order, I wouldn't buy from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I thought I'd give them a go despite the ongoing negative reviews and I was sadly left regretting my decision. 2 weeks I have been waiting for my order and online it STILL says "Processing". No reply to my email now that I have requested a refund. DO NOT BE FOOLED. TIME WASTERS!

Warning!! Don't buy from VOGA!!! So meny different promices and dissiapointments on several levels. I made and orderly paid proper order, waited even months!! longer then promised for deliverance, took care of the transport with two different companies and endless complications and at the end to get a incorrect lamp. Voga prommised me then to collect the incorrect lamp and to deliver the right one "to my address"...Now they wright about something complitely different despite the fact that everything about the wrong delivery has been their fault. My advice is don't buy anything from VOGA. Now I will report them!

Fake website and Fake eshop. Never trust them. I made a mistake ordering from them in August. In a few minutes I understood that the company isbad, and wrote them to cancel the order. They told they cannot. But they have a 24 hours policy to cancel the order. They never sent me any products, never refunded. AVOID, AVOID.

Avoid at all costs After ordering, waiting and recieving nothing. I was told I had to wait 16 weeks for 2 lampshades to arrive. From that point onwards I've heard nothing. I've tried contacting their customer services... no reply. I then discovered that, because they supply copies, everything has to be picked up from a warehouse in Ireland. As soon as something leaves the warehouse you are responsible for it so not only do you have to pay for a courier to collect it, you do not have a come back if it is damaged when you get it. Not that i have recieved any word of when my item will be at the warehouse. So I have asked for a refund..... silence. Do not be fooled into thinking that you are buying a quality product for discount prices. You are buying a copy of a product at expensive prices and if it does ever reach their warehouse, judging from other reviews you need to be prepared to pay up to double the price of the item in delivery! I'm still asking for a full refund and I've asked my credit card company to assist with obtaining it.

I placed an order for 3 dresses on 15th July, I paid extra for expedited delivery, 6 days, order arrived on 2nd August, dresses nothing like advertised. I have enquire about returns, informed that 8 could have a discount coupon if I kept them, told I have to download returns form, pay for postage and money in my account in 7 days, wish I’d read these reviews earlier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!, no stars is not an option 😡

It's a fraud. First they don't inform clearly of the additional costs for shipping when you buy, you only receive an Email one week later asking for (in my case) shipping costs that are double of the stuff I bought. Second, it took 3 weeks of complaining Emails to get a reply to my refund request. Lastly they refused to refund me back, I am now claiming EU rights on Guarantees and returns (/https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm)

Well my items did arrive as forecast but the quality is appalling! I ordered a dress for my sons wedding, I wouldn't even go to bed in it! I also ordered a blouse, washing instructions say "do not wash!" so what does that mean, wear it once then throw it away? Awful

Took 3 months to get the order home. Also, they wanted extra 80€ to actually ship it. Once we received the goods, they were not in a good condition. The expensive lamp was twisted and missing parts. It cost almost 200€ and once complained about it, they offered to reimburse max 10% of the price! Avoid problems, don't order from them.

I purchased 2 chairs from Voga in November last year. They arrived yesterday (11/4/18). In addition the huge waiting time, I had to pay an additional 65 Euros to have the items shipped from a warehouse in Dublin to my address. When I contacted Voga to query this I was referred to their terms and conditions where it states they do not deliver, and a cancellation of the order would result in a 40% administration fee being charged. None of this was made clear to me when I placed the order. Do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely and utterly atrocious service. Waited almost a year for an order (coffee table) which when it finally arrived, the legs were damaged. Company promised to re-order legs and ship it to us for free but is now trying to get us to pay for the shipping. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Like so many have written avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a chair worth £800 which apparently came with a 10year guarantee. It took 8 months to deliver, I had to pay £85 courier charge from Ireland. It then snapped from its base causing me to land on top of my 1 year old son. Upon complaining, 6 months of threatening legal action they agreed to replace the base. The new base came after another 8 months of waiting and didn't fit. They have now offered me 50% refund stating they are new owners, based in Hong Kong and that EU law does not apply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Voga did not include T&Cs in checkout process, aside from an already ticked box saying you agree to the T&Cs and no link to T&Cs, which is deliberate, as in the T&Cs you discover how long you will wait to receive your order (I bet you a million you'll wait twice as long, as we have) and that you will have to arrange shipment of your order from ... wait for it ... Dublin! That will cost at least half of what you spent on your order. They lie through their teeth to keep you waiting just a bit longer, and keep finding loopholes when you catch them out. If you value your sanity do NOT purchase from them, and alert anyone you care about to refrain from the same. We ordered early June, 2017, and are still waiting for our order and have taken it up with our bank and other fraud-stopping agencies. Voga, we will get you soon. Just you wait.

5 months to deliver a defective chair. Over 2 months since delivery and still no resolution. Delayed or no response to emails, and if you manage to find a phone number it just rings out. Small claims court beckons!
