Horrific - got a £200 offer - phone was perfect bar one dint in the bottom, cosmetic didn’t affect use or screen etc etc - offered £50 🤣 rude arrogant pushy customer service advisors trying to force you to accept the offer despite me saying from the offset - send it back.

I wish I read the reviews before sending my phone to this company, because lots of the 5* reviews are only for “good service” for their support team increasing downgraded offers by £10-£20 or returning phones after downgraded offers.
