this company don't even deserve a 1 star, sent me a damage item Iam unable to make any contact with this shambles of a company. Dunhelm you should be ashamed of yourselves for having anything to do with this sham of a company they should be shut down, Use this company at your greatest peril you will be let down

Ordered sofas on the 6th July which their web site stated were in stock, 3 months later still cannot get a delivery date from them

I ordered a sofa and chair and paid in full. I then checked on stock as website said next say delivery, then found out you have to spend over 50 minutes on the phone. You cant speak to anyone, send website enquiry forms nothing. Found them on facebook and messaged them. Someone called Danni came back and said I will look into this. This looks like a standard reply and was then told delivery this Saturday 23rd. When I check the time was told not in stock, but website state in stock and next day delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES DUNELMS SHOULD BE ASHAMED

we made two orders - one never arrived and we are having problems getting a refund. The other, one of the items arrived with mouldy wood and it took several calls to have the item collected and our money back.

Worldstores, previously known as Bedroomworld {retail finance by Close Brothers] WARNING - PLEASE DO READ THE FOLLOWING: If one is planning to let a room or residence then it could seriously be a costly mistake indeed to order furniture from Bedroomworld/Worldstores! MY PERSONAL ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS DEALER ALTOGETHER. I have had faulty good and missing goods for nearly a year to date, this has been reported on multiple occasions to the dealer. The tactic of Bedroomworld/Worldstores {Close Brothers] is to have a different representative every, yes every time, to respond to you, so you have to keep repeating writing the same problem, as I have had to do. My suspicion is they subcontract out customer services to people working from home hence why the new representative has no clue about your complaint and you have to repeat the complaint like a scratched record and you have to keep doing this until you give up, at least that is what Bedroomworld/Worldstores {Close Brothers] wants – they get your money and you are stuck with the faulty goods. The services are despicable when it comes to faulty goods and missing part and dishonest promises in replacing the associated furniture - from my personal experience Worldstores should not be trusted to deliver and nothing but lies received from Customer Services. Shall be adding negatives reviews on review websites. I was informed in writing by Worldstores on 30 June 2017 that they would replace the two furniture items which still have issues, no replacement has been received and they have not responded to my mails. My personal opinions of Worldstores is that they are: - Devious, - Untrustworthy, - Misleading, - Uncaring, - Liars. MY PERSONAL ADVICE IS BEST AVOID THIS DEALER ALTOGETHER.

No customer services. Only answers if you want you make a purchase. When they takecoyur money your on your own! Very disappointed. Will not be endorsing this company to anyone.

This company is terrible. Placed an order over 6weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. Having wasted plenty of time on the phone on numerous phone calls I was finally told that the orderwould be delivered today by UKMail and was given a tracking number. When it wasn't delivered I contacted UKMail who informed me that they had not received the packaged! I am now going to fight for a full refund. I only wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I will be reporting the company to Trading Standards and Rogue Traders and I reccommend anyone else who has had a similar experience to do the same.

The experience I have had from this company is to put it politely shambolic, we ordered a wardrobe that stated "comes assembled" it arrived Wednesday 3rd august as a flat pack, after a lengthy time on the phone the company said someone would be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a contractor to assemble it, after 5 further lengthy calls I was told I would be contacted today Friday 5th august, worldstores promised next day delivery, what we got on Wednesday was a number of boxes, my daughter a young single mum still has no wardrobe to use, after the situation is resolved I will be taking this matter further, false advertising, poor service, as a company I will never deal with worldstores again.

This company goes from bad to worse. Ordered some garden chairs in mid-April 2016 advertised as 'available for immediate delivery' and paid the required amount. Then discovered the delivery schedule simply stated the date was pending. Two weeks later contacted the company only to be told the items were "out of stock" with delivery guaranteed for the end of May. Having heard nothing by early June contacted the company again to be told they were now in stock and I would be contacted re a convenient day for delivery. After a further fortnight contacted the company again only to be told that the chairs were not in stock and would not be until next year. Requested a refund and received an assurance that the outstanding amount would be credited "within 5-7 working days". Now, nearly three weeks later the refund has still not be received. On the basis of my experience I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to look elsewhere

This company are truly and seriously "COW BOYS" in the trade they have no idea how to run a business or offer customer service. I made a purchase online which stated delivery "next working day" then they cancel this without calling me for a week later which I got on with. Then they changed again without CALLING ME again so i persevered with the order and guess what they now have cancelled this again for the 3rd time and instead of being next day delivery this has turnt out for me waiting nearly a month! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS and BTW they are part of " Dunelm" I got a better service from someone selling on ebay than this joke of a firm

Horrendous ongoing experience. I bought a log store from this company and it was delivery on 1st June. During delivery your driver damaged my driveway (i accept accidentally)and the store itself is mouldy with fungus growing on it. I have emailed you on 7-8 occasions since including sending you attachments of the damage to driveway and store. You promise to reply but usually do not. The last time you bothered to reply you stated that you would resolve my issues. This was 19 June. Yet again, I've heard nothing since.

The worst company ever! Highly advise to NEVER order from them. Sent the wrong item FOUR times. We never received what we ordered. Promised a good will gesture for wasting time, but never carried through. Never even processed the refund for the item. No replies to emails. 3 months later had to get the money back through the trading standards. Again, DO NOT ORDER!

Would have preferred not to have awarded even one star. I placed an order at the end of January for 2 bedside cabinets. The first delivery date was aborted as my order had been ‘lost’ in transit to the courier company. Second attempt resulted in only one of the cabinets being delivered! Third attempt didn’t happen either and I had no communication from the courier. Following a number of attempts to contact Worldstores, I was assured that the item was definitely with the courier and they would ask them to call me immediately to arrange a time for delivery. I’M STILL WAITING. ,!!! Not impressed, and I would recommend others to steer clear of this company.

What is this company? Complaints are all over the internet. Is it a scam?????? If so I have ordered a shed and lost a lot of money. I have had no contact from them (I keep calling them) since paying for it - they are saying the supplier of the shed and fitter with be in touch, but I have heard nothing and the staff are just rude - are they operating the call centre out of someone's bedroom? I have never had customer service like it!! Where is my SHED?????

Everything - Absolutely useless and I've made sure I've informed everyone I care about and even some that I don't. I'd rather pay double the price than go through the stress levels I've experienced by using 'World stores'. They should not be in business.

Bought from BedroomWorld.co.uk and they did not bring the box up the stairs. I buzzed in the driver and he came upstairs to get a signature which I thought was so he can put down the device but when he did not come back after 5 minutes I found the box on the ground floor. He could have bought it up when I signed for the package. I have difficulty carrying such a box. I complained and they said that they don't have to deliver above the ground floor as is in the T&C's.....but he had to come upstairs for the signature!!!!!! I will never buy from them or the parent company Worldstores again.

The worst experience I have ever, ever had. I requested a bed to be delivered on a Friday and I took a day off work. In the meantime I changed my mind about the order so knew I just had to refused the delivery when it came - fine. Except it was mistakenly delivered on Wednesday when I wasn't there so I had it stuck with me. I was told on 4 separate occasions it would be collected at various times yet all 4 times no-one turned up so that was 4 days off work I wasted as the collection slot is "7am-7pm". Not to mention my phone bill calling Worldstores. Avoid Worldstores completely, they are an absolutely terrible company. Unprofessional and unapologetic.

Everything went wrong. Deliveries turning up unannounced. Deliveries turning up with incorrect product. Replacement turns up a month later and its wrong again. Had to take three days off work to facilitate the deliveries. They have had £1600 of mine since October and its now January and I still don't have my summerhouse. Also, they have a customerservice policy of 'we cannot make outbound calls' so you sit on hold for 15 mins before you get to speak to anyone. Frustrating. Promised a management callback, and its still not happened three days later.
