hello, after writing my review,i had a reply saying give details of order etc.
which I have done, but still had no reply from you about my 91.27 pounds for phone calls made to your selfs, while trying to track my order, this was not my faults I found my goods were not put on the van for the day of delivery.
so am I going to get any response from you on this matter.
may be I need to put this on social media so as to let other people knows as not to fall into this so called trap.

I worked for xdp for a week and I have never seen such a shambles of a work place all the workers are polish and Romanian working at 7.40 a hour below the min wage I worked on aganecy and when I got my wagersi walked out they don't care about customer care I can see that the way the handle the parcels while I was working for the company all parcels are handled out side don't matter if it raining sunny snow they chuck parcels around when I started if you drop anything just put it back on the pallet and carry on we don't have time to mess around with damaged goods i was very very a d struggled to learn the job when I'm the one of few English people working at xdp the only people who was English was the management very big eye opener and I would never take a order that is delivering via xdp the things I have seen at this company is unreal and in my eyes slave labour 7.40 for working night shift and you wonder why your parcel is damaged the company don't care about it's customers or it's employees joke of a company this was working a xdp curdworth.
i am writing to see where my order is tryed tracking but no sign of it why is it all the reviews are only one star surely you are not as bad as that i will let you know when i recieve mine if not i will get on to my retailer
I can see that you have my order, collected yesterday, for next day delivery today. As of yet, we haven't received it.ZWAYSW008672. Looking at reviews of your company I can see that this happens a lot. I have contacted the seller to inform them, that if this item is not delivered for tomorrow, we will be left with no choice but to cancel the order; and refuse delivery.
