We waited in all morning for the delivery at the time given only to be told our package had been delivered,on talking to someone they said yes it’s been delivered but not at our address we told them , it had been left outside on a decking to all elements, the address was nowhere like our and we were lucky we could pick it up ourselves this company is the pits it’s peoples goods and money that is in their hands the drivers if the address is difficult just dump the parcels anywhere this is not good enough

Today is 28/04/2026, and the tracking status still hasn’t changed, it only shows that the parcel was received, with no update or delivery date provided.
