“I was very impressed with Abbot Shoes. The shoes I bought were from Trickers and although 11.5 [my usual size] they were, very regrettably, a little too tight. But Abbot's were quite happy to give me a refund. They were able to give me a link to a carrier [Collect + ?] so I was able to print off the return label. I think I paid £5 for this. Quite happy. The refund followed in a few days. Shoe sizes do seem to differ according to brand. No way around this without trying them on. But if i wanted another pair I would go to Abbot's again.”

“My order was actually an impulse buy, as the day I made my purchase was my first time visiting the website. Having looked through their stock, I realised they actually had a lot of items that interested me but I found a pair that I wanted to try. The shoes arrived to Asia in only a few days and were in even better condition than I had expected. I really love them and I can definitely see myself purchasaing from Abbot's Shoes again, should a suitable pair for me come into stock. Overall, I have had a really satisfying buying experience and would not hestiate to recommend using Abbot's Shoes.”

“I am an Italian lawyer living in Milan and I am really fond of classic British shoes. I purchased a wonderful pair of Joseph Cheaney Derby shoes (dainite sole). The condition was described as "excellent" and when I received the shoes, they actually looked even nicer than in the many pictures present in the website. The website personnel was very kind and prompt in responding to my queries; they provided excellent guidance and advice on the shoes sizing, and even offered a 10% discount for my first purchase. The shoes are fantastic: very classic, but much less serious and more comfortable than other models, ideal to go to work on a rainy day. The price was not cheap, but neither are the shoes, and the website truly offered a great service, also with a guarantee on the condition of the shoes. Overall I think it was a very good bargain. If I could go back, I would not hesitate as long as I did to but these shoes. Thank you!”

“Great concept, shoes and service. Shoes amazing condition, almost like new. I ordered 3 pairs recently. One pair were not a great fit so I returned them, refund was received promptly. Have bought 3 pairs in total so far, and have saved over £500 had I bought them new. I can afford shoes if this quality new tbh, so finding Abbott's has been a bit of a revelation.”
