“I’m only giving you three stars, not because of the quality of purchase, nor the ease of the purchase but because of your pricing policies. If I buy in the UK for delivery in the states, the price is lower because of VAT back. The price from ordering in the states for delivery in the states is 20% higher because a third party gets involved. Either be a UK concern selling, shipping and exporting as you originally did or don’t. East End sales techniques (two sets of prices for the same item) do not give me confidence of purchase.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Although, you make incorrect assumptions and accusations in your review. We charge UK VAT free prices for our buyers outside of the UK. We charge UK VAT to our customers in the UK as we are legally obliged to. No need for 'East End' marketing here, whatever that is! Just quality footwear at transparent prices. Thanks, Adam

“The shoes are perfect, bit on the bigger side than expected compared to other brands but it was specified so no fault. Dealing with DHL has been a nightmare though ( not your fault) ; they send you emails with 25 lines of instructions every 10 min in order to clear customs where you have print and sign documents about the origin of the leather ; for some reason they charge you import duty on the value of the goods + shipping fare which is frankly ridicolous ( it's their choice not to have issues with customs I guess) and their fee for clearing customs . On a 60 euro pair of shooes I had to pay 35 euro of customs and dhl fee . Unless you are able to set up shop somewhere in EU ( use Ireland !!!) I will no longer be able to be your customer. It's way too much trouble”

“This site is excellent but not for export to EU countries. VAT was added + import duties and a handling fee! The result is you don’t know the real price for the product in Euros.”

“I actually dont know who is Adam Luck. But Im not happy whatsoever with the delivery service from Abbot. I dont recall to have expeirenced so much delay from the Uk to Portugal. Tks for improving for future order ans other customers. All the best for the future. You have a great bizz. Cheers.”
