“Service and delivery was prompt, condition of goods received were as advertised. Overall a good buying experience from Abbots Shoes, though if i may offer my 2 cents worth, a complimentary pair of shoe bags and box will only add to the overall satisfaction. Cheers”

“The shoes are of great quality. The only thing is that the same size guide doesn’t apply to different brands and I think there could be more commentaries on how each shoe fits compared to standard sizes. This is particularly important for international shoppers as the shipping is quite expensive and I had to spend more than I needed to by returning the first pair of unfit shoes and getting a second pair. But overall, I still ended up getting a pair of high quality shoes at a decent price even after the extra delivery fees.”

“Received my pair of tan brogue boots. Great condition*, they fit great and in my opinion, Abbot's Shoes is a really good way to find new homes for unwanted footwear. The package arrived quickly via DHL and shipping costs to New Zealand were very reasonable. So all good - however, there were a couple of minor negatives: The packaging itself only just stood up to the rigours of international shipping and was pretty squashed and partially burst open on delivery. The boots seemed fine *however on closer inspection, one of the lace hole eyelets was missing a washer and was falling out. Rather than return what is actually a very nice pair of boots, I got it replaced for 8 bucks at my local cobblers. I would happily buy shoes again, but make sure the QC is really rigorous – hence 4 out of 5 stars.”

“My purchase was some shoe care items and some insoles. Easy to order and delivery was fine. Automated email received to let me know order accepted and another email to confirm order dispatched. Can’t really elaborate further as it’s a simple purchase. Minor damage to box although no damage to product but damage also to product packaging. Box clearly marked fragile.”

“Payment was smooth and easy. Shoes were delivered as expected in minimal packaging. Only limitation for me, as a woman with size 4/4.5 feet - they don’t sell shoe trees for below a size 6 - leaves a group of people who bought classic leather shoes (that would benefit from shoe trees) without them if the shoes bought pre owned come without (which they often do).”

“Ordering went perfect but unfortunately the shoes were too small. They did look good and exactly as advertised. Returns however are a pain outside of the UK, as I am still waiting on my refund and notificationof arrival, I would recommend them when you are a 100% sure of your fit with the particular brand you're ordering.”
