“Since I live in Italy, I suggest implementing free shipping and refound to give back the shoes if those do not fit well. Even if you offer free shipping for return goods in the EU, I believe the customer has no reason to send the shoes back unless they really do not fit and this is because the customer had already paid the shipping cost for the first shipping and also the duties which are considerable. This would make the client happier to buy more often and would eventually work for you to build customer loyalty.”

“Ordered from Australia, arrived within a week which is amazing compared to other purchases that have taken months. Quality was fantastic, so was the assurance that if it didn’t fit I could return, so for a similar price to eBay I really enjoyed having shoes that had been quality ensured and guaranteed a return if it didn’t fit. Definitely consider this store if you want what feels like brand new shoes at a fraction of the price”

“I have purchased (separately) two pairs of shoes. Both times the shoes were delivered promptly and were exactly as described. Unfortunately the first pair was too big, the second too small (a Goldilocks pair next time?). The returns process and refund was straightforward for both pairs. I am very happy to recommend Abbot’s Shoes based on my experience and will certainly be looking for a pair that fits me.”

“I am an Italian lawyer living in Milan and I am really fond of classic British shoes. I purchased a wonderful pair of Joseph Cheaney Derby shoes (dainite sole). The condition was described as "excellent" and when I received the shoes, they actually looked even nicer than in the many pictures present in the website. The website personnel was very kind and prompt in responding to my queries; they provided excellent guidance and advice on the shoes sizing, and even offered a 10% discount for my first purchase. The shoes are fantastic: very classic, but much less serious and more comfortable than other models, ideal to go to work on a rainy day. The price was not cheap, but neither are the shoes, and the website truly offered a great service, also with a guarantee on the condition of the shoes. Overall I think it was a very good bargain. If I could go back, I would not hesitate as long as I did to but these shoes. Thank you!”
