Very poorly made took 2 days to assemble doors don't fit properly waste of money

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you experienced a problem assembling the Corona TV cabinet. When hung correctly the doors do fit the cabinet. I have called on various occasions and the receptionist will not pass the call to the office and they can only pass message.no one called me back and I do not know where my item is .they said it has been dispatched and the delivery company said they do not have the item and was not dispatch. I will not buy from them again. even trying to get my money back .no one to help or talk to.

An item ordered on the 24th of May arrived quickly but parts of it were damaged. I accept this happens, but since then and now at the 21st September, I have been trying to find out about one part which has not arrived. Wrong parts were sent, the Customer Service never send information without being prompted and still this goes on and on. Very disappointed.

Do not rely on this company. After a misunderstanding with delivery days, I needed to change the delivery day for the item I had ordered. The Customer Services Team (if you can call them that) are completely useless. To start with they didn't try to address my concern, then lied about getting back to me and then, despite me requesting a call back to actually SPEAK to someone, they then ignored that to just fob me off with another text message (which guess what, STILL didn't attempt to help me). I currently have no idea where my package is, and Abdabs Furniture don't care. Do not use this company if you want a smooth delivery!

bought a wardrobe online and was given a certain delivery date. The goods were given a tracking number which didnt correspond with numbers on the delivery company website. As a result I had to stay in all day waiting for goods purchased. The wardrobe didn't arrive and given that the delivery time was up to 20:00, the store was then closed. The following day I was advised by the company that the goods had been lost by the delivery company and that a replacement had been despatched which would be with us later that day. So, again I stayed in all day and guess what? - no goods arrived lol. The following day I again contacted the store, who were very apologetic - which was no good to me as I had now taken 3 days off work just to receive the wardrobe, how hard can it be I thought??. The goods finally arrived the day after so 3 days off work later and with a much learned experience that I would not use the store again!

We are extremely sorry that your delivery didn't go ahead as planned. No courier service is guaranteed. Unfortunately the courier lost the first shipment. A second shipment was despatched the next day and tracking details emailed. We were able to see the tracking details from the first shipment and the status at "delivery depot" the delivery status stayed liked this because the courier had lost the shipment.
