Had a faulty table delivered. Contacted customer services, they replied quickly saying they would send another. Second one was even more damaged than the first. Now trying to get hold of them is impossible. I have 2 huge boxes weighing 40kg each propped up in my hallway, causing a hazard to my family particularly my 4year old. No refund no collection of faulty goods and no responses. Service and products are absolutely rubbish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Abdabs has underperformed at every step of the way. Ordered two pieces of furniture. First one was MONTHS late because they are a drop-shipper who advertises products they don’t actually stock, and in this case was not even due for release for two months after they took my money. Their courier NEVER bothers to notify delivery DAYS let alone time range, and the packaging damaged my floor. Second item arrived in 2 days, was damaged, and it’s now almost 5 weeks since I followed their parts replacement procedure, and still no parts. Promised that they MIGHT arrived in another week or so, but given their ineptitude, I’m not hopeful. At every step *I* have to do the chasing. They’re very polite, but that’s not enough. Was offered a refund IF I hadn’t attempted to assemble the furniture. How would I know it was damaged until I reached that stage? The furniture assembly is poorly designed and the doors don't hang right even after adjustment, but looks great and is well-priced, but I would gladly pay more not to go through this aggravation.

Money taken 2 e-mails sent to find out the status of delivery still no reply and no delivery .. Trying to find out a phone number so i can ring can some one please help me out

From the start just really bad customer service, I was not kept up to date with the delivery I had no idea when to expect the order. When the order arrived all the boxes were damaged. I requested for a refund and collection. They requested for photographs of the damage which i sent, now I guess it will be a long drawn out process.

Thank you for your review. Tracking information was sent on despatch of your order. Occasionally couriers will attempt delivery without booking in and leave a card if nobody is home. We are extremely sorry that the order arrived with damage. When a return and refund is requested it does take longer than when an exchange or replacement parts are requested. The claim needs to be checked with the courier and then the collection booked in. We aim to process return and refund requests within 10 working days.

Poor customer service and very slow delivery! Received an email with the tracking number once my order was dispatched. Tracking number was not showing any tracking details at all. During the week sent couple of emails with request to provide any information where my order is and when I can expect it. Have not received response at all. Only once I opened disput on PayPal that order has not been received. 15 minutes later received an email with a new tracking number. Order arrived in 17 days since placed my order. Bad experience!

Unfortunately, some items currently have a longer delivery lead time than normal. Extended delivery lead times are clearly stated on the items product page and in customer order confirmation emails. This order was for a product with a delivery lead time of within 20 working days. We missed one email from the customer notifying us that the tracking wasn't working. We are looking at our system to ensure that we don't miss any customer emails in the future. We are sorry that our customer service didn't meet our high standards this time.

We ordered the Brooklyn wine rack from you more than a month ago and items came completely bent and the metal bits got scratched and damaged. We tried to contact the customer service dept to request a replacement but so far haven’t heard anything from you. There is no phone number to contact either which is rather worrying. Are you going to send us the replacements we need or refund us the money so we can choose a different company with better services?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have an extended wait for the parts. This is due to us and the supplier of the item being out of stock of the parts. As advised you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund or wait for the parts to come back into stock. We are sorry that we are unable to resolve the issue any sooner for you.

Absolutely appalling - customer service is non existent. Surely the bottom line is to deliver exactly what the customer has ordered in one go in a timely manner? Sounds simple enough one would think. Order finally arrived after several weeks of chasing only to receive 2 of 3 parcels...1 unpacked box all over the lounge with the rest of it either in the warehouse or rattling around in the back of a delivery van. Guess what, no way to contact either Abdabs or the courier other than email which give an automated response time of 5 days! DO NOT USE !!!!

We are sorry to hear that the courier company split your delivery. Very occasionally this happens at the delivery depot. The rest of customers orders are usually delivered the following working day when this happens. Some of our products currently have up to 20 working days delivery lead time. Delivery lead times for our products are displayed on the items product page. The extended lead times have been caused by the higher than usual demand and the Covid secure measures in place.

Still waiting for an order placed on 27 May, emails going unanswered - no idea if the item is even with the courier yet.... Very poor customer service. I recognise we are in unprecedented times, however, they were very quick to confirm the order and take payment!

Truly appalling. Ordered 2 Oslo desks for my business. Half of each desk arrived. Abdabs did very little or nothing to resolve. Demanding a refund, met with silence. Even the courier’s tracking site shows incomplete delivery. So many ways Abdabs could have shown some class but they didn’t. DO NOT USE

We have been communicating with you and the courier. During this difficult time due to the higher volume of orders Abdabs and the courier are processing it has taken longer than usual to resolve. As the courier couldn't find the missing boxes replacements have been despatched.

So this delightful company decided to deliver my furniture without giving me a delivery date, and because I wasn't home they have charged me to re-deliver. Had I been given a deliver date, or option to choose a date, this unsatisfactory situation wouldn't have occurred. Shall never be using this company again.

This isn't true, if a delivery date isn't agreed in advance, customers are able to rearrange the delivery date. It is only if the delivery has been refused, the date has been rearranged numerous times or the customer wants to pick a date weeks after despatch that the courier will return the order to us.

I e mailed to say some screws and bolts were missing & that I was on a mattress on the floor and they still haven’t replied a week later so I can’t finish putting the bed together.

Please do not use this company. We ordered a shelf unit in the October and after waiting weeks it finally arrived completely damaged. They then sent out the damaged pieces in the post, which again took weeks to arrive and when they did one piece (the main part) again didn’t arrive. It got to late November and we were sick of having all the parts in the house and unable to put it together so I emailed them again and again for a date when the final piece would arrive. They resent the whole shelving unit, but due to the amount we paid and the horrendous service and time taken I asked to have a partial refund. Which they agreed but never paid. I eventually got the unit in December and had to take the other parts to the tip ( which was a 30 minute drive away) and still no apology. I would never order from these again. I sent them several emails to try to resolve and even cancel the order and get our money back but they ignored the emails

Ordered a mirror which arrived damaged (cracks in the wood). I contacted the Company and they arranged for a replacement based on the photos I sent, however this second time have sent a mirror that is in worse condition than the first, with worse cracks in the wood. Evidently, they don't quality check their items ahead of sending out, and for the price of the mirror, it is pretty poor customer service. It has resulted in taking off time for two mirrors I have no use for. I would not order from them again.

We are extremely sorry that the corners of the Signature grey mirror had slight cracking in the paint in the corners and that the replacement mirror had the same problem. This is an extremely rare occurrence. Our products are packaged suitably for transit by each of the manufacturers/suppliers we work with. It isn't practical for us to unpackage and inspect each item before despatch as this would increase the chance of transit damage.

Sent me a damaged product and didn't replace it. Customer service said they would be 3 months on, still waiting for any response and the replacement part.

Worst customer service ever experienced Only dispatched half my order ,ignored all my contact then when I asked for order to be collected and refunded as half a furniture order was no good to me they said I would have to pay for the returns. Avoid this company at all costs once they have your money they don’t care

customer service a joke ,spoke to someone on two occasions both times i was told they were unable to access there system so someone would call back asap , both times a text recieved, no one seems to want to talk when there is a problem, asked to pay £8.50+vat to change a delivery address wont be using them again

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received. Unfortunately if the delivery is changed after the order has been dispatched, any courier charges to change the address are passed on to the customer. We do have an option to enter a different delivery address during checkout.
