“Great price, good website and response to my initial enquiry. Ordered on 29th July, delivered 8th August, so a good 8 working day turnaround. The item is delivered by Julian Bowen themselves, so I think it would be good to make that clear rather than saying 'delivery partner' which is rather vague.”

“The customer service team is very good. They reply promptly and keep you updated about what is the next step and the progress of your purchase. I have not rated it very good because the website stated max 10 working days for delivery. I had to contact them after 10 days. The bed took us a bit to build but it is quite straightforward. As good as expected. I would recommend it.”
