“I know it’s not really industry practice, but I would love it if they responded to tickets sent over the weekend just as fast as those sent over the working week. They do still reply, but the urgency isn’t there on Saturdays and Sundays, and it sucks when you really need immediate assistance.”

While I’d do it all again, upgrading to a higher and more expensive plan always comes with initial issues. Be it downtime or some coding problems that I do not get, the process never goes smoothly and there’s always a few days of back and forth before everything is fully operational.
