“Easy to find. Quick entry and bus waiting for us to take to the airport. Very efficient and fluent. Spaces a good size for large jeeps. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”
“Everything went well until I arrived home, the Easyjet flight being almost one hour late. The courtesy bus was there to meet me, which was great. However upon attempting to exit the car park, the barrier would not open and I received a message saying I owed £27. It took some time for someone to respond to my call for assistance but eventually I was allowed out. I found this slightly stressful and I do think that others , for example a lone female traveller, might find it rather distressing, given that the car park is totally unmanned. Would be happy to use the service again if this problem could be resolved.”
“The twice that we have stayed there I have had to get out of the car and press the button as after inserting the card the barrier did not move when I spoke to the man he said he would lift the barrier a bit annoying when it happened twice”
“Everything was fine but some items need attention.
Difficult to find. It is not clearly marked on the approach to the airport where you come across a sign saying long stay car park pointing in two different directions! No indications for Park and Depart. The postcode given takes you to the fire station. We found it by guesswork and chance.
When you are unfamiliar with the airport finding the bus stop at the terminal is not very easy (not well marked).
The minibuses for the shuttle are not ideal. The minibuses don't have a big capacity but the driver just waits until the bus is overflowing with luggage in the aisles. Took 30 mins outward and back from the terminal with waiting time, which is not great. These things could easily be fixed with a little attention to detail.
No problems with the parking and the car park itself.”
“The parking proved okay value for money and the lot was well illuminated. The service phone outside the airport is very easy to miss and could be improved by additional signage. My biggest negative feedback is the fact you have to stand outside the airport in the wind and rain with no shelter what so ever waiting for the bus to pick you up. This is not acceptable but typical of Aberdeen rip off airport. Both drivers were really friendly and helpful.”
“Good, low price service and allowed me to exit the carpark at no extra charge when my connecting flights were delayed - 8 hours in total. The bus service needs to be more regular though. Following my 20 hour return journey, I waited for nearly 30 minutes at ABZ before calling the car park to find out what was happening. Only then did the bus decide to turn up. They need to address this or they will lose customers.”

Wait of 45mins for the minibus to arrive, no information available on bus times. I pressed the help button to be told traffic is busy. Didn't seem very busy to me.
Perhaps I just missed a bus, but there is only one bus doing the circuit to the airport
Leave plenty time and this car park is a good option.”
“We had to wait 15 minute for a bus from the car park due to their being only 1 driver working. The traffic was snarled up and we ended up missing our flight. Note to oursrelves - give ample time if travelling from Aberdeen airport due to road works at this time.”
“I would say that this was not value for money - I had to wait around 25 minutes for the bus to the main terminal, after parking my car. The signage for waiting customers isn't clear enough. Thankfully I had time to spare before my flight.”
“Extremely disappointed with the service in which I received from Abdn park and depart. On arrival I was informed the bus service had stopped for the evening and that I had to get a taxi or wait for the service to recommence which wasn't an option as I would have missed my flight. On arrival back into Abdn I went to the pick up area where all other pick up services were available and already waiting to my surprise Abdn park and depart was not one of them. After phoning the operator they said they would send someone around. After 10-15 minutes of waiting in pouring rain and sleet I decided again to take a taxi to the car park. My advise if this review is posted is go with airparks”
“Absolutely disgusted to be charged additional £50.00 upon collection of my vehicle...........apparently I had parked in the incorrect car park and yet the lady confirmed that she could see my booking. Therefore same company with a complete disregard for customer service. I have utilised this car parking for many years without any issues prior to this recent experience, I shall not be using again and shall be making friends and family aware of this via social network.”
