“I knew that the microphone would take 3-5 days to come in but I didn't expect to have no communication after a week. I had to chase to get a response as to the whereabouts of my order. After chasing an apology was offered along with information from the supplier. Shouldn't have to do this.”
Hi Sterling, I'm really sorry about your wait for this product. Unfortunately the item has been out of stock with Shure and we've been waiting for an ETA from them. We do have this issue from time to time when suppliers are out of stock but do try to keep all customers informed. Apologies if this has caused you any inconvenience.
First of all, apologies for the mix up/ confusion with the lead times on this item. The item you ordered had a lead time of '2-5 working days' and was not in stock. Anything in stock clearly states 'In stock and ready to ship'. Due to an issue with the courier it arrived on the 6th working day. Unfortunately deliveries can sometimes be delayed as they're in the hands of a courier service.
We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service (as you can see from the amount of 5 Star reviews), however delays do happen and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Apologies if there has been some confusion. On the product page and the order confirmation there is always a lead time. On this occasion it says 'Available within 2-5 working days'. We have a standard £6.99 charge on orders that are under £150. I will chase your order now and email you with an ETA.
