“Amazing customer service from Rachel P. I needed help with returning & exchanging a order as I’d ordered a size too small and Rachel emailed me straight back from the info@ email address she also sent me a new barcode as the original one I had didn’t work then she helped me identify where I needed to go to return my package. (Im not very savvy in that department) she was patient, kind & very efficient in getting back to me. She went above and beyond. If only everywhere had this level of customer service! Thank you, I will definitely be ordering again! (Although I rated the returns process difficult Rachel did make it a lot easier for me once I reached out)”

Hi Omar, I am sorry to hear that you’re having trouble tracking your parcel. I can confirm that your parcel has been dispatched, and is on its way to you. I have responded to your previous emails regarding this issue with your parcel tracking details, but I don’t think you have been receiving them. It may be that our replies have fallen into your junk folder, which I would advise checking. In the past, we have found that parcels to Saudi Arabia have become delayed once they enter the country, but we’re not sure why this is. I would advise waiting a further 14 working days for the parcel to arrive with you. As I cannot put any details in this response, due to Data Protection, I have sent you another email with all the tracking details in for your parcel.
