“first of all the price is affordable. and the they do not stressed you out to take any decision or loan. Achieve gave you payment plan. they facilitate your class in every way. for the money that you pay. Achieve supported you, as parents, as family, as workers, as adults they encouraged you to continue your education by providing tutors to help with the studies. Achieve is fantastic. I will have more to say on my graduation day.”

“If you’re serious about meeting your academic goals, and you continue to delay that idea don’t give up. I tried this program and did not find it beneficial. I took one class, one day a week for a month at 10pm till 1am because there were limited times for that course and that seem to fit my schedule. I wouldn’t do that again. On the other hand, I instantly found myself less motivated due to losses in my family. I comminuted with them for relief and I was denied. I’ve paid $1,300 for one course and yet I’m being told I have to pay another $500 until I can cancel. In my experience, this has become the most inadequate team and just a money agreement. I thought I was making the right decision for my further and instead I’m being held against my will to cancel until they get more money…. I’d rather sign up for community college rather than be persuaded numerous times to continue their program and make payments $$”

We sincerely apologize if your experience with Achieve did not meet your expectations. As a company dedicated to helping our customers achieve their educational goals, it is disheartening for us to receive a negative review like yours. Our customers are our top priority, and we consistently strive to ensure their educational journey is both fulfilling and enjoyable. We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, sometimes necessitating a pause in education due to personal reasons. According to our records, you enrolled with Achieve on 02/08/2023, and we received your cancellation request on 06/02/2023. As per our agreement, customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this initial period, you committed to registering and paying for at least one prep course. Previously, due to personal reasons, we offered you a discount on payments for two months. This arrangement allowed you to continue at a reduced rate instead of the regular monthly fee for June and July. We mutually agreed that regular payments would resume in August. However, on 07/27/2023, we received another cancellation request from you. After a discussion, you indicated a willingness to continue with the program by making a payment. Unfortunately, our attempts to reach you and follow up were unsuccessful. Today, you contacted us again requesting to cancel the program. We are eager to work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. We strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment with one of our advisors for a comprehensive discussion and to resolve your account. “The classes are very informative, engaging with the class and the instructor is easy, if you miss a session, they upload a video of it within 48 hours so you are able to go back and look at what you missed for that day. The activities that you do are fun, and this quizzes are great. You can go back a couple of times and retry and there’s also flash cards that you can review and print off so you can study them”
