“Will was very friendly and at ease with a complicated question. He was patient and so kind I asked him if he could be my permanent advisor while speaking with me! Will is so calm and I felt I was heard and cared for by Achieve for my future goals. I’ve been with Achieve quite awhile now and I know I wouldn’t be able to go back to college had it not been for this dedicated team of customer service driven and advanced advisers. I feel like I’m part of a team that encourages me to win no matter what class I’m taking. I am delighted to have met Will and hope to speak again to him in the feature! He is so pleasant and positive in his conversation with someone about what they need. He really blessed my cray knowing my big issue would be looked into and my answer provided on Friday at 11:00pm. Just that easy! Thanks to Will I have more hope this change in course will be a much more efficient way to spend my time and enable me to have the career open up from when I first began nursing as a LPN in 1991.”
