If you think of ordering online from ackermans. Don’t do it to save yourself from stress and poor service delivery. 10 days later I am still waiting for my order, sad part is , I called their customer service support and my phone was dropped, they never returned to me with my concern

I placed my order on the 21st of July till today I am waiting for delivery. Their order tracking system and courier company are terrible. I have been trying to call and email both shipping company and ackermans bit no assistance. Their service is pathetic and I do not recommend. Never again!

Do not buy from ackermans Online. Did not deliver my online order. Order placed and paid on the 29th of April 2025 and requested for a refund on the 21st of May 2025. Hoping to get my money back.

I was told I cannot get a refund without the receipt and that the only thing left to do is to give me a voucher.

I'm in Wonderpark store for refund I waited an hour for my cash refund.no one assisted me.they take me back and forth saying this and that.i always shop there for my kids but I'm definitely disappointed ☹️ with their service today.

I always enjoy service at ackermans stores. I was wondering if ackermans is linked to any supermarkets in South Afica where I can use my account on those days i.am low on cash whilst my available credit is high on my ackermans account. Thanks

On Saturday I went to ackermans in Evaton Mall to exchange some of the items that I bought on lay-buy at Menlyn, and I didn't have a slip but the cashier who helped me made sure that I get a good customer service I say shout out to JOHANNES SELEKE, that guy really knows how to help customers I wish they keep u nd progress in life coz he so patient loving and caring. ackermans EVATON the best✨️🙏
