“Visited to see a car that was advertised on social media and looked a decent place at first. But then the hard sell from a guy that acted like he was selling dodgy CD's on a street corner. His knowledge of the car was almost zero.
I visited an actual JLR dealership and the experience was chalk and cheese, professional well mannered and professional with no using of language that sounded like Del Boy that the Acklam guy used.”

“Beware of false advertising!! I recently bought a 2 week old Ford Ranger to find out after V5 came in I was a 3 owner-and the vehicle was 3.5 months old. The salesman Richard has said it was pre reg then 1 owner then myself but never informed me on purchasing the vehicle.
On calling him being told to put in writing, I have video of Richard saying the vehicle is two weeks old but still won’t admit. Very poor after service and communication none existing,so be warned as they are only interested in sales and not after service.”

This dealership is the worse dealership I have ever encountered. From being pushed and rushed into a decision and then being told they had read my credit file. I am fuming that this is allowed to happen, and I suppose this is what you get when you try to move away from a main dealership experience, you get treated like this. Richard the salesperson was fine until there were questions being asked about what finance companies they used, then he turned and got snotty telling me he’s viewed my credit file as it was shared with him by the finance company. This is a break in confidentiality and data protection. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you want to keep your information private.I”
