Very quick to sell you a product but once purchased experienced poor communication. Spent over £2,000 on a scooter to receive no receipt or confirmation. Attempted to contact via telephone and message salesman John Miller to no avail. Poor customer service!

I would avoid this company and shop elsewhere if possible. At first the service was good but as soon as we paid a 50% deposit for an expensive wheelchair, communication was impossible. This caused great distress to the wheelchair user. Apparently there were delays with the order but we were not kept informed and spent literally days trying to make contact. Eventually we cancelled the order and asked for compensation for the time and upset caused. This was refused. We are very disappointed in this business.

Grrr.........!!!!!! Don't be convinced by 'promises'. They ALL turn out to be false!! I warn you - RUN A MILE FROM THIS COMPANY,

Terrible service. The product (Centro Glider) seems to be OK but the right footrest of my 90 year old father's Centro Glider has broken off and despite repeated emails and calls we have been told a job number has been raised and have heard nothing since. He remains in discomfort and it is dangerous. This problem has already been "fixed" but broke again.

Ordered slippers on 3 September, they did not turn up after a number of days so started to chase to find out where they were, I called numerous times on different days and got no answer except an answering service, 3 weeks later I get a call to advise that they are not in stock and hey maybe another month. Why did they accept the order I they did not have them in stock, why did they not advise that there would be a long delay. Very very poor service will not be using them again

When telephoning the Stratford upon Avon showroom to express interest in seeing a particular model of mobility scooter, be sure to ask for 'John'. 'John' will tell you that that one is not currently in stock but, helpfully, he can get one for an agreed, specific day next week. 'John' will also take your name and 'phone number to enable him to let you know if there is likely to be any problem with the arrangement. Having heard nothing from 'John' to deter you, do then embark upon the planned 123-mile round-trip to visit the showroom on the appointed day to find that 'John' has gone on holiday. Also discover that, no, nobody has ever heard of you; no, 'John' did not tell his colleagues what he had arranged; and, no, the model you have gone especially to see is not there. Finally, do enjoy the drive back home while making the vow never to have any further dealings with 'Active Mobility'.

I ordered jim shoe and was sent james shoes i also had no email wen delivery was and had to ring u up to see ware my order was

Hi Ian Noticed you posted on Saturday not received your order. I have chased this for you as we are now on the 5th day and according to our records you should have received the scooter this morning. Could you confirm you have received the scooter. Many thanks Tracy Active Mobility
